Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are backing British talent to represent the Spanish luxury fashion house. After appointing American actress Julia Garner as its muse in March this year, Loewe is expanding its line-up of ambassadors with the addition of English actor Spike Fearn.

According to McCollough and Hernandez, the decision reflects the versatility and creative curiosity the actor has shown throughout his still-burgeoning career. “Spike has something rare. He has moved between drama, horror, comedy, and romance without ever hesitating, and has brought to each of them something completely open, as yet unresolved. That vibrant quality is what we are looking for,” the creative directors said.

“I want to keep seeking out characters who are really very far from me. I never want to be typecast. I want to push the boundaries and see what happens; and if that means falling flat on my face, then let it be now,” said the English actor, known for his roles in films such as ‘Aftersun,’ ‘Alien: Romulus,’ and the biopic ‘Back to Black.’ Trained at The Television Workshop in Nottingham, Fearn was named one of Screen International’s ‘Stars of Tomorrow’ in 2024 and has recently starred in the romantic comedy ‘Finding Emily.’

Founded in 1846 in Madrid, Loewe is now part of the French conglomerate LVMH, which also owns brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, and Bulgari, and its artistic direction is led by the creative duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. According to the latest available financial results, its main operating company, Loewe SA, closed the last financial year with turnover up 9.2% to €885.2 million.
