Two dudes in the porn biz got physical on camera at the Adult Video News Awards in Las Vegas — and we don’t mean sexually … they clashed in a violent incident now being probed by the police, TMZ has learned.
Jay PlayHard, an adult-film content producer, got into a heated argument with porn star Kendra Kox‘s husband — who goes by his nickname “Stayready” — at the January 25 event inside the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, according to police and witnesses.
Cops say the dispute soon turned into a physical altercation … and it’s now a Vegas Police battery investigation.
Video obtained by TMZ shows Stayready walking up to PlayHard in the casino and saying something to him — then throwing a punch that appears to connect with PlayHard’s head. The two give each other a piece of their minds … but eventually they stop feuding and go their separate ways.
Other footage shows a security guard stepping up to PlayHard, who talks about calling the police.
TMZ interviewed Kendra — she’s best known as a “Naughty Hot Wife,” and owns the porn company Girls Gone Wireless with Stayready. She tells us the reason her hubby socked PlayHard is because they believe he’s stealing their content and others in the industry.
Jay PlayHard — who worked with Kendra as a content manager between 2022 and 2023 — tells TMZ her claim is a case of defamation, and says she’s trying to intimidate him by dragging his name through the mud. He gave a formal statement to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department about the AVN altercation.
Brian Gross, a rep for the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, says they’re currently working with Virgin Hotels security and local law enforcement, and declined to comment further.
Stayready tells TMZ … “I thought I established a friendship through our business with Jay PlayHard … but I feel he came in with the intention of stealing our business and ruining my wife’s name and our professional reputation — and I feel I must protect that.”

Elton John burst into a fit of rage while recording his upcoming album “Who Believes in Angels?” … and he even posted behind-the-scenes footage of his outburst for all to see.
Check it out … the Rocket Man exploded after producer Andrew Watt stood up for himself … telling the musical legend he has no patience. The next scene shows Elton mouthing off and slamming his headphones onto his keyboard.
His collaborator Brandi Carlile even admits she has no clue why Elton wanted to make a record with her … adding that she had “a hard time connecting” with him. She also accuses EJ of being “prone to bouts of insecurity especially where the stakes are high.” Yikes.
Elton even seemingly quits the project at another point in the video … dramatically ripping up a piece of paper and announcing he’s “done.”
He defends his sour attitude in a voiceover, explaining … “The reality is, I was exhausted. I had a lot of doubt. I was a nightmare. I was angry, I was tired, I was irritable.”
The “Cold Heart” hitmaker eventually overcomes his volatile mix of self-consciousness and anger to complete the album, recorded in 2023 … which he announced Wednesday is due to debut on April 4.
Elton describes “Who Believes in Angels?” as “one of the most difficult creative processes” he’s ever been through … adding that he chose to work with Brandi because he knew they could make something special.

WENDY WAS ‘ALONE IN A DAZE’

Meek Mill is attesting to Wendy Williams being isolated while under her guardianship … saying he witnessed it with his own eyes.
The rapper says he lived in the same building as Wendy in 2023, and he would question why she would be sitting in the lobby by herself.
In fact, he shares a photo of Wendy — presumably in their building’s lobby — where she is clearly alone, sitting on a bench. Meeks describes her as being in a “daze,” although it’s not exactly clear based on the pic.
Meek’s experience with Wendy came as a response to shared clip from TMZ’s upcoming Tubi documentary, “Saving Wendy.” Williams is extremely emotional while discussing the prospect of not being allowed to visit her father in Florida for his 94th birthday.

Fortunately, since our interview, a judge has authorized Wendy to go on the trip.
Add Meek Mill to the list of celebrities questioning the circumstances surrounding Wendy Williams’ guardianship … including Luenell, Don Lemon and Charlamagne the God. As you know, Wendy’s made no secret of wanting out of the assisted living facility where she currently resides.
