Published

Jason Oppenheim is sounding off on federal prosecutors’ latest allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, saying the indictment makes it sound like it’s illegal for men to lavish significant others with expensive items.
Check it out … the “Selling Sunset” boss said his piece on Friday’s “TMZ Live” — which he co-hosted — and questioned the case against the mogul, specifically the feds’ claim Diddy provided 3 women money to cover their living expenses, and gave them career opportunities.

Jason says that sounds like prosecutors are “criminalizing half the relationships in Hollywood” … because that’s just what rich men in showbiz tend to do for GFs. He says it sounds like the prosecutors’ case is pretty “thin,” if that’s all they have.
Diddy’s attorneys have suggested exactly that in their response to the new filing.
Of course, federal prosecutors also allege Diddy transported the women — Victims 1,2 and 3 in the indictment — to “engage in prostitution.”
If they can prove that, it’s a different story, but as for the so-called sugar daddy element of the indictment, Jason says … “If you’re wealthy and you have a girlfriend and you want to take her to dinner, buy her a car, buy her a purse, buy her clothes” where’s the crime?
It’s entirely possible, if not likely, the U.S. attorneys in the Southern District of New York have more evidence up their sleeves they haven’t revealed yet … given their track record for winning big cases.
Diddy’s trial begins May 5 … so, we won’t have to wait long to find out.

The views didn’t hurt either, as Usher and Jenn were able to take in some crystal blue water while lounging on a comfortable deck setup.
The pair’s romantic getaway comes nearly a year after they obtained a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada … mere days before Usher was set to perform at the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show in Las Vegas.
Usher and Jenn ended up tying the knot that weekend … nearly 5 years after they were first romantically linked.
The couple, who share daughter Sovereign Bo and son Sire Castrello, are clearly as in love as ever … proving Jenn is Usher’s No. 1 “Boo.”
Scott Storch My Ex of 6 Years … Racist Comments Disgust Me!!!
Published
Scott Storch is absolutely shocked by his ex Florence Mirsky‘s racist rant … and he’s telling TMZ he wants nothing to do with the hateful stuff she went viral for spewing.
The hip hop superproducer tells TMZ Hip Hop he’s disgusted by the video of Mirsky hurling racial slurs at several valet members, making it clear that racism is not in his DNA, and anyone who knows him can vouch for that.

Scott reiterates he doesn’t have a racist bone in his body and says he’s deeply upset that Florence is someone he’s still associated with — but makes it clear they haven’t been together in more than 6 years.
The video, which surfaced online, shows L.A.-based influencer Mirsky making vile remarks, including claiming President Donald Trump is “doing great things” because “you guys rape and kill people,” with her insults aimed at people she appears to believe are Latino.
Florence tried to explain herself on her IG Story, claiming she was groped by one of the men, and in her rage, she shouted those horrible insults.
She’s issued several apologies since … which don’t seem to have any influence on Scott’s opinion of the matter.
Justin Baldoni Here’s Proof Blake & NYT Plotted For Months!!! Amends Suit Against Her
Published
Justin Baldoni says he now has cold hard proof Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds had it out for him several months before she dropped her Christmas surprise lawsuit against him … so, now he’s updating his lawsuit against them.
According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, Justin alleges the “malicious and recklesss” defamation of his character started at least as early as October 31 — it’s got nothing to do with Halloween, and everything to do with the metadata embed in the New York Times article about Blake’s lawsuit against Justin.
Here’s their evidence … Justin’s team claims observers of the article found “viewing the HTML source code for the article revealed references to a ‘message-embed-generator’ that referred to a date of ‘2024-10-31.'”
So, in layman’s terms, and in Justin’s lawsuit … he says that shows the NYT started building the allegedly defamatory article no later than October 31 — the date the outlet developed a tool to display the text messages which were such a prominent part of Blake’s lawsuit and the Times article about it.

Team Baldoni says that’s significant because the elements behind the now infamous article “strip away the legal shields that Lively, the Times, and other Lively Parties were likely relying on to protect their malicious acts of defamation.”
As we’ve reported, Justin is suing the NYT for $400 million — separate from his suit against Blake and Ryan — alleging the outlet cherry-picked and doctored text messages in its article, and colluded with Blake to support her attack on his character.
Justin’s attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ … “The decision to amend our lawsuit was a logical next step due to the overwhelming amount of new proof that has come to light. This fresh evidence corroborates what we knew all along, that due to purely egotistical reasons Ms. Lively and her entire team colluded for months to destroy reputations through a complex web of lies, false accusations and the manipulation of illicitly received communications.”

Freedman adds, “The ongoing public interest in this case online has ironically shed light on the undeniable facts pertaining to The New York Times and how heavily Ms. Lively and her representatives were not only deeply involved in the attempted take down and smear campaign of Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and their teams but that they themselves initiated it.”
The amended suit also includes a more than 150-page timeline that lays out, in meticulous detail, the sequence of Blake’s alleged campaign to destroy Justin. How detailed is it? It goes all the way back to January 1, 2019, when Justin emailed Colleen Hoover, the author of the “It Ends With Us” novel … and follows, step-by-step, through this saga to January 29, 2025.
We’ve reached out to Blake’s camp … so far, no word back — but you know they’ll have something to say. That’s just how this battle goes.
