Hollister’s imminent arrival follows a period of significant investment at Livingston, including Nike’s recent store upsize, as the destination strengthens its offer ahead of the all-important Christmas trading period.
The Hollister store will cover 8,000 sq ft and will occupy the unit vacated by Nike, following that brand’s “landmark” upsize and relocation to a significantly expanded store within the destination.
The outlet centre has seen a period of strong leasing momentum and continued investment with this year including refit commitments from Castore and Next, as well as new lettings to Flip Out, Tikka Nation and Hamilton & Brown.

Nicky Lovell, head of outlets and retail business development at Global Mutual, highlighted how the latest signing “broadens our fashion offer and gives younger shoppers another reason to visit. Securing its first Scottish outlet, alongside Nike’s recent upsize, shows real brand confidence in Livingston”.
Hollister has been on an opening spree in the UK this year and only last month announced another outlet centre signing (this time in England) with Gloucester Quays being its latest location. In 2026 it has also opened at Ireland’s The Boulevard in Banbridge, London Brent Cross and Gateshead Metrocentre.
