Andy Beyer is mourning the loss of his wife Justyna and daughter Brielle following the tragic aircraft catastrophe in Washington, D.C. last week … and revealing the harrowing moment he learned the truth about their demise.

The grieving husband and father appeared on CNN Monday evening, where he couldn’t hide his heartbreak while recounting to host Kaitlan Collins how he realized his loved ones were no longer alive.

Andy said he and his son were awaiting Justyna and Brielle’s return from Wichita, Kansas, where Brielle had participated in the National Development Camp for U.S. Figure Skating.

He said … “We had a really long cry. He let out this, like, ‘Nooo.’ It really hurt. And that’s how we found out, right before anything was really official, but we already knew.”

While the grief is unimaginable, Andy said he is determined to share Justyna and Brielle’s story with the world.

The mother and daughter were among the 67 people who died when an Army Black Hawk helicopter collided with an American Airlines regional jet over the Potomac River Wednesday night … there were no survivors.

Marcus Jordan was involved in a police pursuit just before his DUI arrest on Tuesday morning … though new dashcam video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows Michael‘s son was able to successfully dodge the cops — at least for a brief while.

The footage shows a Seminole County Sheriff’s officer trying to pull over Marcus’ Lamborghini SUV at around 1:03 AM … but a few minutes later, you can see in the clip Marcus clearly got away by putting his foot on the gas.

For some reason, the Seminole County official did not pursue the 34-year-old … instead, he pulled over, radioed in the matter to dispatch, and said, “I’m turning around.”

Marcus was allegedly combative as the cops tried to put him in their squad car … and once they were finally able to wrestle him into it and take him to a nearby jail, cops say he sang “the entire” time.

Marcus — who cops say refused a breathalyzer — was ultimately charged with DUI crash causing property damage, possession of cocaine and resisting an officer without violence.

He spent several hours behind bars … but was released from jail late Tuesday morning. On his way out of custody, he did not speak to journalists before he jetted off in another Lamborghini SUV.

Blake Lively is emotionally zapped, but more than eager to get her day in court for the Justin Baldoni case … where she is confident her facts will overcome his “sideshow.”

A source close to Blake tells TMZ … the whole Baldoni drama is taking a deep emotional toll on Blake and her family, causing her and Ryan Reynolds severe anguish, which allegedly  started way back on the set of “It Ends With Us” … and she wants to get this all buttoned up.

Blake and Justin’s legal teams were in court Monday for the first time since she sued him for sexual harassment and he fired back with his counter suit against her and the New York Times … and we’re told Blake is grateful with how the first hearing played out.

Our sources say Blake feels the judge ruled in her favor by tamping down on Justin’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, warning him to quit making outlandish comments in the media that could potentially contaminate a jury pool. Of course … her lawyers also have to abide by the court ruling.

We’re told Blake is more than ready for her day in court … ’cause she wants to address her serious allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation … as opposed to Baldoni’s “counter claim sideshow,” which her side argues revolves around the final edit of the movie. Lively and Baldoni costarred in “It Ends With Us,” which was directed by Baldoni.
