Blake Lively‘s living in a fantasy land when it comes to the first court date in the Justin Baldoni case … at least according to his camp.

Justin’s “It Ends With Us” costar and legal foe believes the judge ruled in her favor at Monday’s hearing … but Baldoni’s side has a completely opposite takeaway.

Sources close to Justin’s team tell TMZ … “The judge did not rule in Ms. Lively’s favor, what they had asked of the court was a gag order, for Blake not to be deposed by Bryan and for the entire case to be dismissed against them — none of that happened.”

The Baldoni camp is responding to our Blake sources … who told us she was looking forward to her day in court, feeling grateful the judge “ruled in her favor” and brushing off Justin’s countersuit as a “sideshow.”

As you know, Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, duked it out with Blake’s lawyers in a New York federal court on Monday. During the hearing, the judge required Blake and Justin’s legal teams to abide by New York Rules of Professional Conduct, which prevent lawyers from making statements with a “substantial likelihood” they could taint a jury. Still, the rules afford attorneys the opportunity to talk with the media to protect their clients from negative publicity.

Lil Wayne is going to be absent from Super Bowl LIX … even though it’s taking place in his hometown of New Orleans.

The rapper confirmed he’d be MIA from Sunday’s big game by uploading a video announcement to his Instagram Stories, where he shouted out The Big Easy and said a seat would need to be filled in his absence.

While the “Lollipop” artist clearly won’t be a surprise guest during Kendrick Lamar‘s halftime performance — something that’s been long speculated by fans — Wayne assured fans he had “something very special” in the works and encouraged people to keep their eyes peeled on Thursday, February 6.

As you know, there was a mixed response when Kendrick was picked as the official halftime performer for the 2025 Super Bowl … as some in the Hip Hop community felt New Orleans native Lil Wayne had been blatantly snubbed by Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation, who produces the big show.

Despite the grumbling, Roc Nation doubled down on their selection, later noting Kendrick’s clean sweep at the Grammys only proved he’s the right performer for the gig.

Still, it didn’t stop fans from hoping that a Kendrick-Lil Wayne duet was potentially in the works for Sunday’s gig … especially since they already have the song “Mona Lisa” together.

TMZ Sports has obtained photos from the scene where Marcus Jordan was arrested Tuesday morning … and you can see clear as day his Lamborghini SUV did certainly seem to be stuck on some train tracks.

Check out the pics … the fancy blue ride looked firmly wedged between some loose rocks and a Maitland, Fla. railway. Its bumper appeared to be dug into the ground — giving the indication it definitely wasn’t moving without some outside force.

Police documents we obtained allege Jordan — Michael‘s 34-year-old son — had driven it there just after he fled from a Seminole County Sheriff’s officer who was trying to pull him over for a traffic violation at around 1:03 AM.

Jordan then allegedly failed field sobriety tests … and was placed into custody for DUI. During an ensuing search of his person, cops say they found cocaine in one of his pockets.

To make matters worse, authorities say when they tried to put Marcus in a squad car to transport him to a nearby jail … he was combative.

Cops were eventually able to corral Jordan and book him on three charges — one count of DUI crash with property damage, one count of possession of cocaine and one count of resisting an officer without violence.
