Two big US-based global brands are heading to Northern Ireland next month. Hollister and Crocs have officially signed to open stores at Frasers Group-owned The Boulevard, Banbridge, delivering “two landmark firsts” to the designer outlet.

Hollister joins the scheme in October, bringing its apparel, accessories and fragrances “to a new outlet audience”, as the new store “marks the brand’s second physical store in Northern Ireland, but its first as an outlet.”

Crocs, meanwhile, will open on 11 September, taking a 1,733 sq ft unit featuring its expanding collection of clogs, sandals, trainers and accessories.

Operator Lotus Property said their arrival “reinforces The Boulevard’s reputation as a home for brand ‘firsts’, joining an extensive range of retailers who have chosen the scheme for their first or only location.”

This includes Kate Spade New York, French Connection, Adidas, Levi’s, Vila, IKEA, TFG London’s combined Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles, plus beauty brand BPerfect.

The latest announcement also comes as The Boulevard “enjoys its most successful trading period to date.”

Located along the main A1 corridor between capital cities Belfast and Dublin, The Boulevard “attracts both local and cross border visitors” and the shopping outlet “entered 2026 having recorded its fourth consecutive best year of sales and footfall on record.”

Total sales in 2025 rose 11.5% and footfall increased 12.3% year-on-year, “reinforcing its position as one of the region’s leading retail destinations,” it said.
