Before ya guzzle down a bunch of holiday treats over the next few days, here’s Cristiano Ronaldo reminding folks what’s possible with a ton of discipline and living in the gym.

The 40-year-old international soccer star went to social media to show off his Greek god-like bod on Friday … telling his 105 MILLION X followers he just hopped out the sauna — and, lucky for us, providing visual proof.

The Al Nassr striker rocked nothing but black briefs and slides for the photo op … making sure his chiseled abs and veiny legs were on full display.

Russell Brand is no fan of his ex-wife Katy Perry‘s budding relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau … and mainly Justin himself, calling him a “globalist stooge.”

The British actor-comedian hit the stage at a Turning Point USA event in Phoenix, Arizona Thursday night and at one point, Russell offered his 2 cents about Katy and Justin’s new romance.

He told the packed crowd … “Look, Katy Perry, I was married to her. I love her still, and I’m glad that her mom’s in the room to hear me say this, but look. I was okay with Orlando Bloom, but Justin Trudeau? Come on, man! Don’t put me in a category with that guy! That globalist stooge.”

It’s unclear if Katy’s mom was at the TPUSA event, BTW.

Russell and Katy tied the knot in 2010 but got divorced in 2012. Katy then moved on to Bloom, with the two first meeting at a 2016 Golden Globes after-party. The pop star and Hollywood actor were engaged in 2019, but things went downhill and they called off their nuptials in 2025. Now, Katy’s been trotting around with her new lover Justin.

Meanwhile, Russell has gone political, shifting his views from left to right and sharing his thoughts about the world on his multiple podcasts.

The “Ghost Adventures” episode featuring Weezer bassist Scott Shriner’s ex-wife, Jillian, is about to air … and TMZ’s got the chilling first look, giving a pretty unsettling peek into her headspace before that wild run-in with cops earlier this year.

Jillian says those ashes were literally in her home, and every time she walked into the room, she felt herself folding, sinking deeper into depression.

Remember … production sources told TMZ Jillian filmed the episode in November last year … and just months later, in April, she allegedly fired a gun at officers searching for a suspect near her Los Angeles home in an unrelated incident.

Jillian was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of a peace officer, but prosecutors later downgraded the charges to assault and negligent discharge of a firearm. She avoided jail time — with a judge granting her diversion due to mental health issues.
