In the first half of 2026, the Ermenegildo Zegna Group posted revenue of €987.3 million, up 9% organically, with EBIT rising and net profit declining.

EBIT was €74.5 million, up 8.4% on the same period of 2025, with a margin of 7.5% (7.4% in H1 2025); the increase was driven by the Zegna segment, which delivered a margin of 14.8% (+50 bps).
Net profit, however, declined from €47.9 million last year to €28.4 million, down 40.7%. The company noted that net profit for the first half of 2025 included €27.8 million in non-cash gains arising from the remeasurement of liabilities related to put options over certain minority interests.
“The results for the first half of 2026 confirm the soundness of our strategy, which is founded on strengthening each of our brands’ distinctive identity, building authentic relationships with their customers, and the continual innovation of our supply chain, the beating heart of the group,” said Ermenegildo “Gildo” Zegna, the company’s executive chairman.
“Thanks to the disciplined execution of this vision, in the first half we delivered 9% organic revenue growth, while improving operating profitability despite unfavourable currency movements. I am particularly pleased with the progress made by the Zegna segment and the further strengthening of our net financial position, which enabled us to achieve net cash of €60 million. In a macroeconomic and geopolitical environment that continues to present uncertainties, we remain focused on sustainable, profitable growth, guided by a clear long-term vision.”
