WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre Mourns Death Of His Beloved Cat, Chaz

WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre and his wife, Kaitlyn Frohnapfel, are mourning a tragic loss — the former World Champion announced the death of their cat, Chaz, on Wednesday.

McIntyre shared a series of photos on his Instagram of himself and his wife with their beloved pet, writing, “You were once in a lifetime, Chaz.”

Plenty of fans and his fellow WWE counterparts flooded the comments with love and support for the couple … including Natalya — who wrote “Chaz was such a beautiful cat!”

“Sending love your way!!!!”

The 40-year-old shared a TikTok a year ago introducing the world to Chaz, revealing that his feline friend had been battling long-term liver disease — and that they almost lost him at the previous WrestleMania.

“Since then, he keeps kicking out,” McIntyre said at the time. “Like daddy, you don’t stop, you don’t give up, you don’t take any s***.”

As of right now, McIntyre is still advertised to appear on Friday Night Smackdown this week in St. Louis.
