Conair makes products to help people look like their best selves … but, one model claims it did the exact opposite to her — suing the company after she says their products left her head bloody and mangled.

Lea Encarnacion — a former New York City hair model — is suing the conglomerate for an alleged 2020 incident where she says she worked as a hair model for the brand at a convention in Long Beach.

Encarnacion says stylists at the event employed by Conair “negligently applied” a hair-bleaching product to her locks and didn’t remove it in a timely manner.

Word of warning … these pics ain’t for the faint of heart — ’cause they show her bloody, scabbed-up scalp. The scabbing adds a yellowish tinge to the blood-red injury, and obviously the hair’s completely gone.

According to Lea’s attorneys from the California firm RMD Law, the hair hasn’t grown back — and, she now has a heart-shaped bald spot on top of her head.

Two-time Super Bowl champion Kadarius Toney was arrested last week over allegations he strangled a woman, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to police documents we obtained, the former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver was accused of putting his hand around a woman’s throat during a dispute at a Georgia residence on Jan. 14 … and squeezing “with enough force to cause her to be unable to breath.”

The docs state the alleged attack left the woman with red marks on her neck … and petechial hemorrhaging in her eyes.

Warrants for Toney’s arrest were issued on Jan. 15 … and jail records we obtained show the 26-year-old was thrown behind bars in a Douglas County facility on Feb. 6 on one charge of aggravated assault — strangulation … and one charge of obstructing/harassing 911 calls. The records show the 26-year-old’s bond was set at $25,000 on each count.

We’ve reached out to Toney for comment on the situation … though, so far, we’ve not heard back.

Toney — the New York Giants’ first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft — spent this past season with the Cleveland Browns … and logged snaps in three games. He helped Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs win two Super Bowls in the prior two seasons.

Blake Lively wants to go through Justin Baldoni’s phone, and she’s now fired off a legal demand to get that done … in hopes of finding a “smear campaign” smoking gun.

Blake’s attorneys sent subpoenas to 3 phone carriers — AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon — used by Justin, publicists Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan, “It Ends With Us” producer Jamey Heath, crisis manager Jed Wallace and Steve Sarowitz, the co-founder of Justin’s Wayfarer Studios.

Remember, text messages from and between Abel and Nathan were already prominently featured in Blake’s lawsuit against Justin, which alleges sexual harassment and a conspiracy to retaliate against her by destroying her image and career.

Lively attorneys Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson say the subpoenas, first reported by Variety, seek to “expose the people, tactics, and methods that have worked to ‘destroy’ and ‘bury’ [Blake’s] reputation and family over the past year.”

The words “bury” and “destroy” were allegedly used by Justin’s PR team in reference to Blake … according to their texts previously included in Blake’s lawsuit.

Her legal team is strongly insinuating Justin and his attorney Bryan Freedman have not been as transparent as they claimed when they launched the website thelawsuitinfo.com … vowing to reveal all documents related to this legal war. But, Blake’s attorneys say, “We will now receive all of the ‘receipts’ that, unsurprisingly, are nowhere to be found on Mr. Freedman’s website, and like Ms. Lively, those ‘receipts’ will have their day in court.”

Meanwhile, Freedman is taking the latest move in stride, telling TMZ … “Subpoenas are an ordinary part of the litigation process. What is extraordinary is what the Lively Parties are seeking. They are asking for every single call, text, data log, and even real-time location information for the past 2.5 year, regardless of the sender, recipient, or subject matter. This massive fishing expedition demonstrates that they are desperately seeking any factual basis for their provably false claims. They will find none.”
