Wendy Osefo is speaking out for the first time since she and her husband, Eddie were arrested on a slew of fraud charges and she’s leaning on faith and fashion to make her point.
“The Real Housewives of Potomac” star took to Instagram Sunday, posting two glamor shots of herself in a plunging black gown, writing … “And through it all, GOD remains faithful.”
She continued, “Thank you for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers for myself and most importantly my family during this time. We are forever grateful🙏🏾.”
Wendy ended her caption by telling fans to “tune into Bravo tonight for a new episode of the show — clearly signaling she’s not stepping out of the spotlight.
We broke the story … Wendy and Eddie were arrested earlier this month and booked in Maryland on multiple counts of insurance fraud. They spent one night behind bars before posting a combined $100K bail.
According to the indictment, Wendy faces 16 charges including seven felony counts of insurance fraud while Eddie was hit with 18 counts, including nine felonies.
The case stems from an April 2024 home burglary report, in which the couple claimed designer bags and jewelry were stolen while they were on a family trip to Jamaica.

Alix Earle is suffering from some serious growing pains … at least according to a TikTok posted Wednesday.
The popular influencer got vulnerable about where her head is at following her breakup with NFL star Braxton Berrios, sharing a pic of her lying in bed in a dimly lit room with a towel wrapped around her head.
Alix wrote, “Is my frontal lobe developing because I’m about to turn 25 and usually I stress abt having the biggest party but all I want to do is workout, meditate, play card games, & have good convos w the ppl closest to me.”
She captioned, “Either I’m maturing or just rlly going thru it … maybe both.”
This is a far cry from the smiling and dancing Alix we saw in pics from an event at Miami Art Week over the weekend.
She looked eager to show off some skills she picked up from her “Dancing With the Stars” stint this fall, as she gleefully bumped shoulders with nightlife royalty such as Tyga, Lori Harvey, and Ice Spice.
It was her first public outing since she and Braxton called it quits.
Alix and Braxton dated for more than 2 years before their mutual split.

TMZ Sports has obtained dispatch audio stemming from the alleged Sherrone Moore assault … with a woman claiming he attacked her at her home on Wednesday after stalking her for months.
The audio states a call was made from a Michigan football employee’s address in Ann Arbor, Michigan around 4 PM.
The employee — who has worked for the Wolverines for years — was the executive assistant to the head coach, the position Moore held until he was fired for having an inappropriate relationship with a fellow staffer.
It is unclear if the employee was the woman allegedly attacked … or if the incident just so happened to take place at her home.
The employee’s name started to trend shortly after the news broke of Moore’s termination … with several unverified reports stating she was involved in the scandal.
The employee has since deleted several social media accounts.
As we previously reported, Moore is currently behind bars at the Washtenaw County Jail as the investigation continues … and cops said minutes ago he is slated to go before a judge on Friday.

A Florida man is getting the help he desperately needs … after a video of him getting hit by a car while running through traffic went viral.
As you can see in the video … the unidentified man is hit by a car as he jogs through a busy intersection … but he pops right back up and keeps trotting.
Miami police tell TMZ … the incident happened Monday — and the unidentified man was placed under Florida’s Baker Act, an involuntary temporary mental health hold.
Police told us the man is a military veteran and was “high on some drug.”
We’re told the driver of the car went to the nearest police station to report the incident … and then, we assume, to the car wash.
