Lea Black just cashed out of her Los Angeles perch … unloading the luxe hillside estate for millions … TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ … “The Real Housewives of Miami” alum sold the property off-market for $6.6 million on Friday, teaming up with luxury real estate power duo Bianca Fields and Adriana Yedidsion of The Agency to seal the deal.

The hillside stunner, perched above the Sunset Strip, features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and more than 4,000 square feet of prime living space.

The backyard is full resort mode … pool, spa, multi-level patios with built-in audio and lighting, a Porsche Design grill, fire pit, and even a designer rose garden.

Black bought the home in 2016 and later added a bar and entertainment lounge, chef’s kitchen, and a slick outdoor kitchen. We’re told the move-out was handled by Paul Sethi with upgrades done by Enrique Estrada and staging by Vesta pros Megan Campbell and Dana Popper.

Lea’s also selling a curated batch of designer items that didn’t make the move … shoes, clothing, and more through her website.

Luka welcomed his first daughter with his fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, in December 2023 … meaning the sisters have birthdays just days apart. He shared the news of his first newborn with a precious snapshot of her parents holding her tiny hands. He revealed her name was Gabriela in the caption.

He was with the Dallas Mavericks at the time, and missed his first game of the season for his little one’s arrival.

Luka and Anamaria have an adorable love story — they met as kids in Croatia and began dating in 2016. He got down on one knee in a picturesque proposal in Slovenia in July 2023 … and they began growing their family months after.

Andrew Wolfe — one of the two National Guard members shot the day before Thanksgiving in Washington, D.C. — is recovering well … according to the West Virginia governor.

Governor Patrick Morrisey provided the update via his website Friday … revealing he’s been in contact with the family — and, they “report that his head wound is slowly healing and that he’s beginning to ‘look more like himself.'”

The governor stated Andy will likely be in acute care for at least a couple more weeks … but, the family’s full of optimism after the tragic attack.

ICYMI … Wolfe’s condition immediately after the shooting was uncertain — with his mother, Melody, stating in a Facebook post on Thanksgiving that “The first two weeks will be a waiting game. Right now he’s surviving and alive. We got to see him in ICU and he’s sedated. It feels like a nightmare and this doesn’t feel real.”

As you know … Wolfe and Sarah Beckstrom were both shot last month while patrolling D.C. Their fellow soldiers in the National Guard returned fire with the shooter in a harrowing video shared to social media, while Wolfe and Beckstrom were rushed to the hospital. Beckstrom passed away the day after the shooting.

Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan national, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting. He pled not guilty to the charges against him earlier this week.
