V. Stiviano — the woman who recorded former NBA owner Donald Sterling‘s racist rant about Magic Johnson, which led to the NBA forcing him to sell the Los Angeles Clippers — says she completely blacked out leaving a swanky hotel recently … and she thinks she was targeted!!!
A manager for V. tells TMZ … she went to The Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey in L.A., visited friends in the bar area for about 30 minutes, walked back to her car … and completely blacked out crossing the street, injuring her face.
Thing is … we’re told V. did NOT have any alcoholic drinks, and had only consumed water at the hotel. She woke up face down in the middle of the street with chipped teeth and asphalt burns on her face.
V.’s manager says she thinks she was targeted by someone in the hotel bar and was either hit by a car or followed by someone and attacked when it happened Wednesday last week.
TMZ obtained footage of her alleged injuries … and it looks painful. Seems she wasn’t wearing her legendary face shield.
We’re told when V. came to, she was in the median with traffic oncoming, and she felt drunk, even though she didn’t drink at the hotel. Her manager says no one stopped to help her and she didn’t know what happened.
V.’s manager says she initially thought her watch was stolen, but says she later found it in her car, which she thought was strange because it had been clasped to her wrist. We’re told she drove herself to Cedars-Sinai hospital, where staff checked her vitals and told her she was okay.
We’re told V. went back to the Ritz, but was told the alleged incident wasn’t recorded on camera … and now she’s planning to file a police report to figure out what the heck happened.

Son Died From Fentanyl, Meth

Fentanyl has killed another American … and this time it’s Jackson Browne‘s son Ethan Browne, an actor, model, and musician.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Ethan died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and lidocaine.
The medical examiner says the manner of death was accidental.
Jackson announced his son’s death back in November, saying … “It is with deep sorrow that we share that on the morning of November 25, 2025, Ethan Browne, the son of Jackson Browne and Phyllis Major, was found unresponsive in his home and has passed away. We ask for privacy and respect for the family during this difficult time. No further details are available at this moment.”
Ethan’s mother, Phyllis Major, died by suicide in 1976 when he was just a toddler. He appeared in the 2004 film “Raising Helen” with Kate Hudson. Ethan was also an accomplished model who worked with Isaac Mizrahi.
When Ethan was a baby way back in 1974, he was featured on a Rolling Stone cover with his father … they were photographed with Jackson nuzzling Ethan’s baby face.
Jackson boasted his son back in 2022, “Ethan is a great father. He’s a great son, a great man … I love seeing him with his kids.” Jackson went on … “When I see him in his movies, modeling, with his daughter, and being such a great dad, it makes me very proud.”
Ethan was only 52.

Ride-Share Gone Wrong …
Arrested Over Alleged Altercation With Driver

Kiefer Sutherland was arrested this week following an alleged altercation with a ride-share driver … TMZ has confirmed.
The LAPD tells us Kiefer was busted early Monday morning near Hollywood after officers responded to a radio call about an alleged assault involving a ride-share driver.
Cops say Kiefer is accused of assaulting the driver after entering the car … and the “24” star was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal threats.
Online records show Kiefer was released from custody Monday on $50,000 bond … and he has a court date set for Feb. 2 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
We reached out to Kiefer’s reps … so far, no word back.
Kiefer famously played Jack Bauer in the popular TV show “24” … winning an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his work. He also starred in “Designated Survivor” and appeared in movies like “Phone Booth,” “Mirrors,” and “Melancholia.
He was sentenced to 48 days in jail in 2007 following a DUI arrest.
