Troy Ave‘s going from hero to zero … ’cause it turns out he did NOT stand up to an armed robber — instead, he and his buddy staged a shootout for social media clout.
Here’s the deal … Troy’s pal, chef Geoff Cole, posted a wild video Tuesday purportedly showing a gunman sneaking up on both of them outside Geoff’s San Diego area home, only to have Troy whip out his own handgun and fire on the supposed assailant.

Well, sources who’ve been in direct contact with the bogus bad boys have confirmed the whole scene was fake. No one actually attempted to rob Geoff, and we’re told Troy did not actually fire any live rounds.
That lines up with what law enforcement told us, too … cops in San Diego County told us they had no reports of a shooting or attempted robbery involving Troy or Geoff.
What remains unclear is why the less-than-dynamic duo decided to try their hands at acting. Some cynical fans were sus in the comments, and theorized Geoff and Troy were just promoting the song that was bumping in Geoff’s car.
We’ve made repeated calls to Geoff, but — not shockingly — he’s not picking up.
Still, we gotta admit, they had us fooled for a minute, and nearly 45,000 people liked the clip … which Geoff still has up on his page. As they say, fake til you make it, or until someone finds out your pants are a 3-alarmer! 🔥🔥🔥

Even though he lost to Jake Paul in 2022, Anderson Silva has nothing but praise for the guy … telling TMZ Sports El Gallo deserves more credit for not only what he’s done for boxing — but for his fighting skills, too.
We caught up with Spider to talk all about his upcoming bout against Tyron Woodley on the Dec. 19 card in Miami … and the combat sports legend says his main goal is to prove his respect for the sport and his opponent.
Silva was originally slated to go up against Chris Weidman … but even with the switcharoo, he’s feeling good and confident leading up to fight night.
Of course, Spider AND Woodley have fought and lost to Paul … and he said he’s watched his opponent’s bouts against the internet superstar as part of his training.
As for working with Most Valuable Promotions again, Silva said the organization is doing an “amazing job” … especially with Paul “changing the game” for fighters and fans.
While folks will be tuning in to see two champs duke it out, all eyes will also be on Paul against Silva … and even though he didn’t give a prediction on the outcome, there was a ton of praise for the Problem Child.
Silva calls out “lazy people” who criticize Paul … ’cause they’re not putting in the same amount of work he is in his craft … they’re just talking.
“The people don’t give the credit to Jake, and the people need to do that. I respect Jake. He’s a real fighter.”

Swift’s a regular feature at Chiefs games … while she wasn’t in Dallas for K.C.’s Thanksgiving match against the Cowboys, she was on the edge of her seat during the Chiefs nail-biter against the Indianapolis Colts … Selena on the other hand looking seemingly confused.

While Travis is focused on leading his team to the playoffs, fans of the couple are hanging on every rumor about the couple’s wedding … even one claiming the pair bought a wedding date from another pair of lovers.
Reports surfaced last week alleging Taylor and Travis are going to marry at Ocean House in Westerly, Rhode Island on June 13 next year after giving a couple money to get married a different day.
