Loni Love‘s side-eying MSNBC’s recent personnel decisions … claiming they look a little suspicious — and possibly even racially motivated.

We caught up with the comedian and talk show host in Los Angeles Tuesday … and, we asked her if she had any thoughts about MSNBC anchor Joy Reid leaving the liberal media outlet.

Loni says she’s outraged, not only for Joy, but all people of color who have been affected by the cable channel’s recent staffing choices.

She also name-drops Lester Holt, who announced he will be leaving the NBC network’s “NBC Nightly News” this summer. NBCUniversal announced in the fall the network will be parting ways with MSNBC and other cable channels this year.

LL thinks something is definitely going on … and, it ain’t just about ratings in her opinion. Ultimately, Loni says the choices just look very suspicious.

Joy was let go from the network earlier this week … with MSNBC telling their employees the shakeup in an email. Before it was sent out, Reid posted her own message, writing she was “Very proud of The Reidout @joy.msnbc.com team, who are truly family, and all of our supporters & friends” before saying she looked forward to hosting one more time.

Michelle Trachtenberg is being remembered for the positive energy she brought to set by many of the stars she worked with over the years … after her death was announced today.

Numerous stars have taken to social media to show their love for the late actress, sharing stories from their times working with her.

Kenan Thompson posted a pic of the two from way back in the day … calling her the first Nickelodeon movie star — as well as one of his close friends.

Alyson Hannigan — who appeared alongside Trachtenberg in numerous episodes of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” — shared a picture of the two together and said she exuded loving energy at work.

Others added their own tributes … including Kim Cattrall, Snooki, Lele Pons, Matt King, Shane Dawson, Iris Apatow, Shawn Ashmore, Brandi Glanville and many more bold-faced names.

A big takeaway from a large swath of the tributes online … many are thanking Michelle for being an integral part of their childhoods.

Michelle was found unresponsive in her New York City apartment Wednesday … and, first responders pronounced her dead at the scene. A source told us Michelle had a liver transplant in the past year — unclear if that played a factor in her tragic death.

She was 39.

Jay Leno is responding to Monica Lewinsky’s claims that he went especially hard on her after her affair with Bill Clinton hit the headlines in the ’90s.

Sources close to Jay tell TMZ he didn’t target Monica personally back then — he says she was just an easy punchline and fair game, since she was everywhere in the news at the time.

Addressing Monica’s claims from Tuesday’s “Call Her Daddy” interview with Alex Cooper, sources say Jay wouldn’t call it unfair — she was often the butt of the jokes, but no one was out to get her personally. It’s just that, in comedy, sometimes people get hurt.

That said, our source tells us Jay couldn’t apologize or be sincere about it because, well, that was the news at the time — and that’s what they did in the late-night game.

We’re told Jay gets why Monica’s upset, but reminded us we live in a different time now, and he hasn’t mentioned her name in 30 years — and it’s not something he’d joke about today.
