Kim Kardashian is not taking legal action against Lana Del Rey over claims the singer didn’t properly refer to a SKIMS campaign as a paid advertisement online … TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ … the claims that KK is going to sue the “Tough” singer over a 2024 Valentine’s Day Collection featuring Lana are categorically false.

The made-up allegations began to spread like wildfire on social media and in the press over the weekend with claims Kim’s brand SKIMS was going to sue Lana for $1 million because her two posts for the Valentine’s Day campaign did not include an “#ad” or “paid partnership” tag.

The social media and press reports also claimed because Lana didn’t include the two tags in her posts for Kim’s brand that she violated part of the Federal Trade Commission guidelines.

Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams are recalling their space odyssey for the first time … including the moment they knew they had a ride home.

Butch and Suni sat down with FOX News for their first interview since being rescued from the International Space Station and they explained their thoughts and emotions when they finally had a date on the calendar they could circle after spending 9 months stranded in space.

Elon Musk‘s SpaceX Dragon capsule brought them home after 286 days in the final frontier … and Suni describes her immediate reaction when the spacecraft that would bring them back to Earth docked at the ISS.

Butch and Suni were also asked about Elon and President Trump‘s role in their rescue mission … and Butch explained why he was grateful and how they earned his trust. Suni said she was glad they got involved.

As you know … Wilmore and Williams, two test pilots, were only supposed to be in space for 8 days … they flew the Boeing Starliner to the ISS in June 2024, but due to thruster issues and helium leaks, NASA decided to return the spacecraft to Earth completely empty — forcing their unexpected staycation in space.

It’s worth noting … they were never actually “stranded” — Butch and Suni arrived at the ISS prepared for an extended stay in the event something on the mission went sideways. NASA considered whether the two could fly back on the Boeing Starliner, but NASA vetoed them getting on that return trip due to safety concerns.

They also had the opportunity to return in September, but they opted to stay, because the SpaceX craft sent up at the time kept 2 crew members off the flight, to allow Buch and Suni seats for the ride back … but that would have left no replacements on the ISS if they had departed. So they stayed.

Morgan Wallen didn’t burn any bridges at NBC when he abruptly walked off the stage at the end of “Saturday Night Live” … because the network still wants to work with him.

Sources close to NBC tell TMZ … they would totally have the country music star back on the show and there’s no bad blood on their end.

From NBC’s point of view, Morgan’s early exit was just an awkward moment at the end of the show … and there wasn’t a joke or a cast member that offended him and caused him to make a run for “God’s country.”

We’re told Morgan had been on the ‘SNL’ set since Thursday and he knew all the jokes that were in the show … including Colin Jost and Michael Che‘s bit on Weekend Update.

Our sources say Morgan even watched the entire dress rehearsal and the live show Saturday … and there was no tension between him and the cast. We’re told everyone was friendly and having a good time. And Morgan even left the same way he came in for rehearsals, thinking that was the move.

Morgan’s been on ‘SNL’ before — though there was some COVID controversy that time — so he knows what the NBC show is all about … and we’re told if something offended him this time, he could have left right after his performance. That didn’t happen.

Of course, it’s customary for the musical guest to interact with the guest host and cast during the ending credits … and folks watching at home immediately reacted to his unusual exit, with lots of people agreeing Morgan looked ready to leave and that the vibe was off.

Morgan beelined it off the stage and later posted an Instagram story of a private jet alongside the caption … “Get me to God’s country.”

‘SNL’ writers are already having fun with Morgan’s one-liner … and NBC wants him back. It will be interesting to see if he returns for a third appearance somewhere down the line.
