Andrew and Tristan Tate are distancing themselves from backlash after they were seen partying while Kanye West’s song “Heil Hitler” played … making it clear they were not singing along, and they’re denouncing antisemitism.
ICYMI … the influencer bros were seen alongside Nick Fuentes, Sneako, Myron Gaines, and Clavicular on a party bus and later at a Miami nightclub as the controversial song blared in the background this weekend — with members of the group singing along and even flashing Nazi salutes.
While Andrew and Tristan are not seen singing along in the footage, they do appear to be enjoying themselves — with Tristian even bopping along in the party bus beforehand.
However, the brothers’ attorney, Joseph McBride, tells TMZ … “If anyone wants to be angry, that anger belongs with the people who chose to play it and the people who chose to sing it. What I can say without qualification is this. Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate did neither. If the club is looking for someone to blame, it should start by looking in the mirror.”
He goes on to say … “Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate condemn antisemitism and any glorification of Adolf Hitler. Free speech is not a license for hate. There is a clear line between expressing views and promoting hatred. Andrew and Tristan reject hatred in all its forms.”
Given the Tate bros’ rejection of antisemitism … it raises questions about why they were socializing with known antisemites like Fuentes in the first place — but their attorney insists the gathering “was not an endorsement of anyone’s views,” but rather a “defense of a principle.”
McBride adds, “Andrew Tate is the litmus test for free speech on the internet,” saying that’s why other controversial influencers who “operate at the edge of protected speech” joined the brothers for a night out in Miami.
Vendôme — the Miami nightclub in question — says it’s conducting an internal review to understand how “Heil Hitler” came to be played during the bottle parade … and says it’ll take immediate action and hold those responsible parties accountable.

Don Lemon is apparently in the DOJ’s crosshairs after he was covering a group of ICE protesters who interrupted a church service in Minnesota’s Twin Cities … and at least one parishioner wants them all charged.
Here’s the deal … The former CNN host — now an independent journalist — live-streamed from Cities Church in St. Paul, MN, where a bunch of demonstrators interrupted the Sunday service to protest the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in the state. One of the pastors is allegedly an ICE official.

Cities Church parishioner Caleb Phillips tells TMZ … the protesters rocked the church and scared the hell out of a lot of good people … but ultimately, they accomplished nothing.
Don Lemon may have been on the job … but Caleb tells us he should be ashamed of going into the church, seeing how upset everyone, especially children, were. CP also couldn’t believe Lemon dared to do an ambush interview of lead pastor Jonathan Parnell.

The DOJ said Monday an investigation had been opened … and alluded that Lemon would not be exempt.
After the situation settled and police arrived … Caleb tells us Parnell told members the protest target, Pastor David Easterwood, was in law enforcement for decades and has been a pastor at the church for 10 years. The church stands firmly behind him.
Caleb is still on edge now — and knows others are, too – but he’s sure this will draw more people to the church. That said, he doesn’t want any newcomers there simply because they’re supportive of ICE. They need to be there for Jesus.
