Steve Madden, the American footwear and accessories label renowned for its bold, trend-driven designs, is expanding its retail presence in Portugal with the opening of a new store in Lisbon.

The latest location, which opened on July 15, is situated on the first floor of Centro Colombo, one of the capital’s busiest shopping destinations. According to the brand, the space offers “an irreverent, modern shopping experience that is totally in line with the brand’s DNA.”
In a statement, Steve Madden noted that the store was designed to reflect the label’s identity and to bring, for the third time, “the cosmopolitan energy of New York”—its hometown—to the Lisbon area.
With the addition of the Centro Colombo store, Steve Madden now operates three standalone points of sale in the Lisbon district, alongside existing locations in Vasco da Gama and CascaiShopping. The brand’s first store in the country opened in 2019 at NorteShopping in Matosinhos, in the greater Porto region.
