Christine Baumgartner’s new fiancé Josh Connor is clearly all about new beginnings … ’cause TMZ has learned he’s listed his Montecito, CA home.

Josh’s 5-bed, 5-bath, 2,899-square-foot pad hit the market for $7.3 million earlier this month … not long before Josh got down on one knee and proposed to Christine on last Sunday.

If he sells the home for the asking price he’ll make a nice profit considering he snagged it for $2.2M in March 2022.

Josh’s house is 7.5 miles from Christine’s ex-husband Kevin Costner’s Carpinteria pad, and with Kevin previously being their mutual friend, it’s possible Josh and Christine want to give themselves some distance to dodge any potential awkward run-ins.

Christine shares 3 kids with Kevin, while Josh has 2 of his own with his ex — so a little more room might be needed too … especially with a marriage coming up between the two less than a year after Christine’s divorce was finalized.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are setting wheels in motion to try and have Justin Baldoni‘s defamation lawsuit thrown out.

According to new court documents, obtained by TMZ … the A-list couple’s lawyers informed a NYC judge of their plans to file a motion to dismiss the “It Ends With Us” director’s complaint against them — in which Baldoni claimed they, along with their publicist Leslie Sloane, coordinated a smear campaign against him.

As you know, Blake made similar claims against Justin and his team when she filed a legal complaint against her costar … where she alleged he sexually harassed her while making their romance drama.

Still, Justin maintains Blake’s complaint and subsequent lawsuits have cherry picked messages between them in order to misrepresent their working relationship.

He has also claimed Blake and her husband tried to force his agency, WME, to drop him amid the feud … though, WME has denied this claim.

While Blake and Justin’s trial isn’t expected to begin until March of next year, both camps have made it clear they’re open to consolidating the 2 separate cases.

Yet, the next step in the “It Ends With Us” legal saga will take place on Monday … when Justin’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, will have to defend his out of court antics, which Blake and Ryan’s team has claimed could prejudice future jurors.

Fans of Taylor Swift will get to see the singer sooner than in a “Fortnight” … the pop star is presenting at the Grammy Awards this weekend!!!

The Recording Academy confirmed Swift’s presenting gig Thursday evening, where they said TS is set to present one of the categories at the music awards show on Sunday. However, it’s currently unclear which category Taylor will read aloud at the Grammys.

She’s also nominated for Best Pop Duo Performance for “us,” her collaboration with “Eras Tour” opener, Gracie Abrams.

Oh, and then there’s her song “Fortnight,” which is also in the running for Record and Song of the Year.

Taylor has won a total of 14 Grammy Awards in her career, so far … including Album of the Year — a whopping four times!!!

Though, T-Swift isn’t necessarily a shoo-in in all her categories at this year’s Grammys, which will be hosted by Trevor Noah.

Just take a look at the stacked Album of the Year category … where Swift is up against Chappell Roan, Billie Eilish, Jacob Collier, Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter, Beyoncé and André 3000.

In fact, Beyoncé is the leading contender of the night with 11 nominations … and many fans are rooting for her, given she’s been nominated 5 times, but has never won Album of the Year.
