Friday (1 August) sees the next Sephora UK opening in Manchester, its second in the city and the 10th flagship store opened in key cities across England in three years.
Following the success of its Trafford Centre location last May, the store will take centre stage at Manchester Arndale.
The now-expected pattern of big queues will see the end of the traditional ‘first in line’ model to be replaced with a new Sephora ‘Beauty Bonus Card’, “giving more shoppers the chance to win with no need to queue through the night”.
From 1-3 August, Sephora UK said every customer who makes a purchase will receive a Beauty Bonus Card, giving them the opportunity to win one of eight prizes on the spot, including: goodie bags, a mystery lucky dip for a full-sized product; free Benefit Wax & Tint Brow services exclusive to Manchester Arndale; free 30-minute make-up services for Manchester Arndale; exclusive Sephora merchandise; and a 10%-off code to be redeemed in Arndale.
