Beyoncé giving fans the secret to getting flowing locks just like her … pushing a new hair care product in a fabulous, low-cut outfit.

The singer-songwriter appeared in a clip for her brand CÉCRED — posted Sunday — holding a vial of amber liquid and then running her hands through her hair … shaking it around to show its bounce and volume.

She’s revealing quite a bit in the clip … showing off her chest in a low-cut outfit — before passing the bottle of CÉCRED to her mom, Tina Knowles, who passes it to the next person and so-on and so forth.

Ultimately, it ends up in an Ulta Beauty store … where, CÉCRED writes fans can got buy it now to get their hair lookin’ just like the Queen Bey.

Beyoncé’s still flying high from her numerous Grammy wins this year … including winning Album of the Year for the first time with her country debut, “Cowboy Carter.”

Bey’s hittin’ the road soon enough too … heading out on a world tour at the end of this month that will take her from L.A. and Chicago to Paris and London and more.

A man in New York City attacked four underage girls, at least some of them relatives, cops say … and, video shows officers carrying the alleged attacker out of the building.

Watch the clip … the man is being carried by multiple officers — face down toward the ground, arms held behind his back before they put him on a gurney.

He’s then tied down … and, carted off by officers, his body tilted at a weird angle — but still alive, though we’re told he’s in critical condition at the hospital.

After smashing open the door to the apartment, New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch says, the officers found a man holding a meat cleaver dripping with blood … and, the walls and floors of the home were covered in blood as well.

Officers instructed the man to put down the knife several times, Commissioner Tisch says … but, he allegedly refused and advanced on them — which is when they shot him “ending the threat.”

The NYPD has released pictures of the cleaver stained with blood … as well a large kitchen knife also covered with blood. It’s unclear who wielded this second knife.

The New York Post obtained pictures in the aftermath of the attack … including one of a person — presumably a victim of the attack — covered basically head to toe in blood, though still standing on their feet.

Officers say four girls — aged 16, 13, 11 and 8 — were all rushed to a local hospital for treatment … but, as of now, they are alive and expected to recover. It’s unclear how exactly they are related to the man who cops say wielded the knife.

Daniel Penny — the man who was found not guilty of choking Jordan Neely to death back in December — made his New York City runway debut Saturday night.

The ex Marine strutted down the runway in a kilt — reportedly to Bonnie Tyler‘s “Holding Out for a Hero” — for a charity event titled “Dressed to Kilt” held on the Upper East Side.

Notably, co-founder Geoffrey Scott Carroll introduced him as a “hero,” applauding him for protecting women, children, and elderly people on the NYC subway in May 2023 when Neely allegedly began threatening them with a knife.

Here’s a refresher … Penny put Neely in a chokehold when he began acting “erratically” on the NYC subway. 30-year-old Neely — who authorities say didn’t have a weapon — died during the altercation, with the medical examiner ruling his death as a result of “compression of neck.”

Penny was charged with second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, but was ultimately let off the hook for the lesser charge after the manslaughter charge was dropped.

Penny was described as a “proud New Yorker” at the fashion show … but also has roots in Scotland from the 12th century, according to Carroll.

It makes perfect sense he’d want to be involved — “Dressed to Kilt” is the largest Scottish fashion show in the world and supports Veteran’s causes, such as the Navy Seal Foundation.
