Florence Mirsky — the mother of music producer Scott Storch‘s son — is doing her damndest to walk back the vile, racial slurs she hurled at valet workers … and now claims she was “targeted.”

Florence was leaving Boa Steakhouse Saturday night in WeHo, where she defended the outburst … during which she called the valet a “wet****” and added, “You guys rape and kill people.”

Well, good ol’ Flo says don’t believe your lyin’ eyes or ears … she’s no racist. She told the paparazzi, “It’s really crazy because my whole entire life I’ve loved Mexicans, Blacks, everything.”

She also claims she was “a target out of anger” when she went off last week on the valet workers. No, she didn’t explain any further.

Of course, Florence posted a video last week trying to explain the ugly incident … and claimed one of the valets had groped her prior to her dropping the slurs. When the photog asked her about that allegation, Florence abruptly stopped talking.

Meanwhile, Scott — a major producer in hip hop and R&B — is disgusted by his ex’s comments, and told us he absolutely does not cosign her racist remarks.

Kanye West has Taylor Swift on his mind heading into music’s biggest night … which could be an ominous sign for Sunday night’s Grammys, or it’s just a masterful troll.

As of Saturday night, Ye’s Instagram account had unfollowed everyone — including his wife Bianca Censori — with the exception of Taylor. Of course, if you’re Taylor, that move coming on the eve of the Grammys could make you pretty uneasy … considering Tay and Ye’s infamous history at award shows.

For what it’s worth, Taylor and Beyoncé will both be at Crypto.com arena Sunday night — Taylor has 6 nominations and Bey’s up for 11 — so, Ye could be the wild card once again.

It’s unclear if he’ll be in the building, but he is nominated for Best Rap Song.

Over on his X account, Ye went off overnight about a lot of people and subjects — dropping posts about Kamala Harris, President Trump, Elon Musk, The Weeknd‘s new album, Democrats and MAGA hats.

Grammy night could be wilder than we thought. Buckle up!

A United Airlines plane taking off from Houston and heading to New York was evacuated after experiencing an engine issue and catching fire.

The Federal Aviation Administration tells TMZ … the crew of the Airbus A319 safely aborted takeoff from George Bush Intercontinental/Houston Airport due to a reported engine issue around 8:35 AM on Sunday.

The 104 passengers and 5 crew members deplaned on the runway through a combination of slides and stairs and were bused to the terminal.

United Airlines tells TMZ … “During takeoff, United flight 1382 received an indication about one engine and halted the takeoff while still on the runway.” They went on to say there were no reported injuries.

FOX 26 in Houston obtained video in which you see the wing of the plane on fire. You can hear a flight attendant ask for the passengers to remain seated. One passenger is overheard saying, “No, it’s on fire!”

Sunday’s scare comes just days after 6 people were killed in a plane crash in Philadelphia. The crash in Philly came 2 days after an American Eagle regional jet and an Army helicopter collided in Washington D.C., leaving 67 people dead.

The FAA says they are now investigating the incident.

Diddy was admitted to a New York hospital last week after experiencing pain with his knee … TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the music mogul was taken to a Brooklyn hospital from the Metropolitan Detention Center on Thursday.

According to the NY Post, Diddy was at the hospital for a medical scan (MRI) because his “knee was bothering him.” The rapper reportedly has a history of knee issues.

Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo tells TMZ … “I cannot comment on anything related to prisoner movements. Also, I’m not commenting on anything related to possible medical issues.”
