International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its global luxury retailer advisory capabilities with the appointment of Milan-based Amanda Vissia.

She’ll join the business in November to spearhead “international tenant representation for luxury retailers across Europe”, while also focusing on hubs within the US, Middle East and Asia.

Amanda joins the business from Cushman & Wakefield where she focused on international luxury tenant representation within the retail division, prior to this she built her expertise within the high street retail team at CBRE.

As a director in Global Luxury Retail, she’ll play a key role in supporting Savills’ luxury retail clients, advising on market entry, expansion strategies, and location selection.

Based in Milan, her appointment “strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver locally grounded, globally connected advice at a time when retail brands are navigating flux within the luxury landscape”.

Anthony Selwyn, co-head of Prime Global Retail at Savills, said: “This strategic hire in Milan comes at a decisive moment for luxury retail. As competition intensifies and prime space becomes more constrained, the combination of deep local expertise and global connectivity is no longer optional – it’s essential.

“Amanda’s appointment strengthens our ability to advise clients navigating through the complexities of a rapidly evolving market within the luxury sphere, where the quality of location, architectural integrity, and brand alignment are more critical than ever.”
