Russell Brand is being sued for sexual assault for an alleged incident on the “Arthur” movie set, and the studio behind the film is offering to turn over unseen footage from the production.

Warner Bros. Discovery told a court the company is ready to hand over outtakes from “Arthur” as part of a civil sexual assault case against Russell in New York … according to a new report in The Times of London.

As we reported … a woman sued Russell and WB in 2023, claiming Brand exposed his penis to her on set and then sexually assaulted her in a bathroom on the same day of filming.

In a New York Supreme Court hearing last week, attorneys for WB reportedly offered to turn over unseen footage from 2011’s “Arthur” … and it sounds like there’s about four to eight hours of video to sift through.

As we told you, Russell’s accuser, who is suing as a Jane Doe, claims prior to the alleged assault he “appeared intoxicated, smelled of alcohol, and was carrying a bottle of vodka on set.” Brand’s denied her claims, saying he doesn’t remember her and claiming there was no way he was drunk on set because at the time he’d been sober for eight years.

Warner Bros. also denied the woman’s allegations.

Meanwhile, Russell is now facing rape and sexual assault charges for four separate alleged incidents, dating as far back as 1999, in London. He’s also denied those allegations.

Dead rodents and their nests were scattered across eight detached outbuildings on Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa’s property in Santa Fe, New Mexico … a health report obtained by TMZ reveals.

The New Mexico Department of Public Health conducted an environmental assessment back in March, one week after Gene Hackman was found dead alongside wife Betsy, who died from hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS), caused by hantavirus.

The deadly disease spreads through rat and mouse urine and droppings, often picked up when someone’s cleaning out attics or basements.

In Hackman and Betsy’s case, rodent feces were found in three garages, two casitas, and three sheds on their property. A live rodent, a dead rodent, and a rodent nest were found in the three detached garages.

Two vehicles on the property were also found with signs of rodents — nests, droppings, and sightings of the pests. Investigators even discovered live traps set up in the outbuildings, suggesting the infestation had been ongoing.

The New Mexico Department of Health did a risk assessment on March 5 to make sure first responders and family members who’d been on the property were safe. Luckily, they found the primary residence to be low-risk, with no signs of rodent activity inside.

Since Betsy’s death, the rare hantavirus has sparked fear, with three more victims recently succumbing to the disease in the northern California town of Mammoth Lakes.

Betsy called a medical concierge service on February 12, just a day before officials confirmed her death. Gene passed away around February 17 or 18, due to heart disease and advanced Alzheimer’s disease — unrelated to hantavirus.

The man who cops say they arrested at the UnitedHealthcare campus in Minnesota has just been identified … and only TMZ has his mug shot.

Law enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner was busted Monday outside UnitedHealthcare HQ and he’s been booked for allegedly making threats of violence.

The FBI and Minnetonka Police say Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on Monday morning and “issued threats of violence directed at the United Healthcare facility if specific demands were not met.”

The feds add … “There is currently no indication that the individual had specific grievances against United Healthcare.” That’s notable because earlier this year UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was shot dead in New York City, with prosecutors claiming Luigi Mangione pulled the trigger.

The FBI says a crisis negotiator talked to Wagner over the phone … and FBI Task Force Officers working with Minnetonka Police helped take him into custody after he surrendered.

As we reported … the guy claimed he had a gun, demanded $1 million and said he wouldn’t be taken alive. Cops say they recovered a firearm from his car.

The incident resulted in a massive police response to UnitedHealthcare HQ.
