Rick Springfield‘s got “Speak to the Sky” on repeat lately … chatting with TMZ about all the wild plane scares going down recently — including that Delta jet that flipped upside down this week.
The rock icon was at LAX Thursday when we caught up with him — and he tells us the Delta scare’s a bit freaky since he flies with ’em all the time. But hey, he says the chances of that happening are like getting zapped by lightning — so no need to stress!
Catch the clip ’cause Rick spills on the one scary plane ride he did have — but he says that’s the deal when you’re flying high and gotta hand over the controls.

Treach isn’t an expert on Tupac Shakur‘s ongoing murder trial involving Keefe D …but he’s still mourning the late rap legend until the day he dies!!!
The Naughty By Nature frontman was out in Hollywood this week hanging with his longtime bud, Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E.’s OG Kobra, and chopped it up with TMZ Hip Hop about the latest delay in the 27-year-old hip hop murder.

Keefe D’s trial was pushed back to 2026 this week after proceedings were originally supposed to happen in March.
Treach says he didn’t pass the bar, but whatever is best for Tupac’s family, he’s all for it.

Coincidentally, it was Tupac who gave Treach his first taste of Tinseltown, and he was actually out in L.A. for the “Jason’s Lyric” play he costars in with Allen Payne, Eva Marcille and others.
Treach reprises his role from the 1994 film as Alonzo, but tells us he had to up his game for the Je’Caryous Johnson playwright … audiences won’t see a cookie-cutter version of the movie — every moment is live!!!

Luigi Mangione is back in court, providing the first look at the accused killer after spending the last two months behind bars.
Luigi, the guy who is accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthCare Group CEO Brian Thompson in Midtown Manhattan, went before a judge Friday in a status hearing in his state case.
It’s the first time we’ve seen Luigi since his December arraignment … and folks were interested in how he would look after spending the past few months at MDC in Brooklyn, the jail where Diddy is being held pending his own trial.
When Luigi walked into the courtroom, we’re told the place erupted in cheers for the controversial figure … who has taken on folk legend status since he was arrested.

For his part, Luigi’s pled not guilty to state murder and terrorism charges … which could put him behind bars for the rest of his life if he’s convicted. The feds have also charged him with murder and stalking.
Luigi’s had a cult following ever since his December arrest, and folks have donated $500,000 to his legal defense fund.

Sources for Meech tell us the actor met with Money Mayweather the night before and pulled up to the bowling alley with his brand partners to bless the legendary prizefighter with an exclusive merch drop … the Red Letters x Wonce collab.
We’re hearing Big Meech also made a cameo appearance … in spirit. The former drug kingpin is currently on house confinement, and was phoned in to speak to Ross and Mayweather.
