Hollywood Hills Pad Sees Major Price Cut

Richard Simmons‘ estate is looking to make a deal because the late fitness icon’s longtime Hollywood Hills home just got a major price cut … TMZ has learned.
According to property records obtained by TMZ, Simmons’ estate knocked a hefty $410k off the original asking price on Saturday. The house first hit the market in June for $7 million, but now the property can be yours for a slightly more reasonable $5,889,999.
And there’s plenty of real estate to justify the nearly $6 million price tag. As we previously reported … the 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom stunner features just over 4,000 square feet of living space on a half-acre lot. The pad includes a rare circular swimming pool and a dedicated pool house.
The home boasts a 4-room, 2-level primary suite complete with a dressing room, oversized bath, and an upper-level equipped gym. There’s also a secondary guest suite and a separate upstairs den.

Simmons lived on the property for decades before his sudden death last July. We broke the news … the beloved fitness star was found unresponsive in the home by his longtime housekeeper, Teresa Reveles.

Sources close to both artists tell TMZ … the Latin music superstars quietly ended their relationship a few months ago amid ongoing speculation. We’re told the breakup was amicable, and the two remain on good terms.
Karol and Feid were first linked after collaborating on the hit song “FRIKI” and being spotted together multiple times starting around 2021 … fueling rumors long before anything was officially confirmed that they were dating.
In 2023, Karol confirmed the relationship in interviews — calling it a positive and supportive chapter in her life — and the two were seen attending events together, sharing subtle social media moments, and supporting each other on tour.
We reached out to reps for both artists … so far, no word back.

Rihanna wasn’t about to stay shut out — after her bodyguard let a door hit her in the face, she fired off a perfect clapback, all caught on cam!
The singer was stepping out of NYC’s Four Seasons on Friday when a door swung straight into her face as her bodyguard strolled right on ahead — prompting her to laugh it off and clap back, “Such a gentleman you are!”
TBF, he wasn’t totally checked out — he just seemed way more focused on the pack of paps rushing in and forgot Rihanna was right behind him.
The video’s already making the rounds online — and yeah, no clue if the bodyguard’s cringing over that door-slam fail.
One thing’s clear though … Rihanna can handle herself, and no door’s bold enough to shut her down!
