Jason Oppenheim is sounding off on federal prosecutors’ latest allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, saying the indictment makes it sound like it’s illegal for men to lavish significant others with expensive items.

Check it out … the “Selling Sunset” boss said his piece on Friday’s “TMZ Live” — which he co-hosted — and questioned the case against the mogul, specifically the feds’ claim Diddy provided 3 women money to cover their living expenses, and gave them career opportunities.

Jason says that sounds like prosecutors are “criminalizing half the relationships in Hollywood” … because that’s just what rich men in showbiz tend to do for GFs. He says it sounds like the prosecutors’ case is pretty “thin,” if that’s all they have.

Emergency responders are working to put out flames in northeast Philadelphia after a small plane crashed down on Friday evening … leaving a chaotic aftermath and a number of suspected casualties.

It’s currently unclear what caused the crash, which took place after 6 PM near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in the region … but police have shared that 2 people were onboard the aircraft when it plummeted down.

The status of the passengers is unknown at this time.

Still, multiple casualties have been reported in the aftermath of the plane crash … with several others reportedly injured, given the plane may have hit cars and businesses during the crash — causing a number of fires in the area.

Video footage of the wreck shows the explosive aftereffects and how it lit up the night sky before erupting into a massive smoke plume.

Governor Josh Shapiro has since promised “all Commonwealth resources” to those responding to the crash and has confirmed he’s already in contact with the Philadelphia Mayor, as well as the police and fire departments.

The crash in Philadelphia comes 2 days after another plane-related tragedy … where an American Eagle regional jet flying from Wichita, Kansas and an Army helicopter collided above the Potomac River, not far from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in D.C.

President Trump confirmed on Thursday that the D.C. collision left no survivors … over 40 of the 67 bodies have been recovered in the days since.

John Erwin, the voice of several well-known TV characters from the 1960s through the ’80s … including He-Man and Morris The Cat … has died, TMZ has learned.

Erwin’s rep tells TMZ John passed away from natural causes on December 20, 2024, in his California home … but the information is just coming out now.

John was from Cambridge, Massachusetts, and spent most of his career in voice work for animation roles. He voiced the character Reggie Mantle on “The Archie Show” in the late ’60s.

He appeared onscreen in multiple episodes of the Clint Eastwood TV show “Rawhide.” But he’s probably best recognized as the voice of the character He-Man, and Prince Adam, as well as the villain Beast Man, on the 1980s cartoon “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.” He did advertising work as well, articulating the voice of Morris the Cat for 9Lives cat food commercials.

He voiced a He-Man return appearance on the animated show “Family Guy” in 2005.

Melendy Britt, the voice of animated hero She-Ra on the show “She Ra: Princess of Power,” a crossover cartoon sharing characters with He-Man, worked with Erwin, and tells TMZ … “It’s hard to accept he is gone. Aside from being a creative beautiful human being and a loyal friend, for 40 years we shared our affection portraying twin brother and sister in the He-Man and She-Ra animation series.”

Erwin was 88.
