Donald Trump‘s haters are absolutely thriving right now … Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has been outspoken about his disdain for the present administration … and the band has just been tapped to open the Super Bowl!

The punk rock band — which hails from Rodeo, California, in the Bay Area — will kick off Super Bowl LV at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, February 8.

Billie Joe released a statement … “We are super hyped to open Super Bowl 60 right in our backyard! We are honored to welcome the MVPs who’ve shaped the game and open the night for fans all over the world. Let’s have fun! Let’s get loud!”

This comes after the singer led a crowd at Download Festival last summer in a chant calling Trump a “fat bastard.”

Remember … Trump had a lot to say about Bad Bunny — another known Trump critic — headlining this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show, calling the decision “absolutely ridiculous.”

He complained … “I’ve never heard of him. I don’t know who he is,” in an interview with Newsmax’s Greg Kelly in October.

Nicki Minaj is so pissed at Don Lemon that she used a homophobic slur after the former CNN anchor-turned-independent journalist disrupted a Minnesota church service.

On Sunday, the rapper went on the attack on X, writing in all caps that “DON ‘COCK SUCKIN’ LEMON IS DISGUSTING.” Don is gay, and married real estate agent Tim Malone in 2024.

Minaj continued, “HOW DARE YOU? I WANT THAT THUG IN JAIL!!!!! HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO ANY OTHER RELIGION. LOCK HIM UP!!!!!”

Nicki blew her stack at Don after he livestreamed a news report from Cities Church in St Paul, MN, where a bunch of demonstrators had interrupted the Sunday service to protest the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in the state. The pastor of the church is an ICE official, according to multiple news reports.

The protesters also ordered immigration agents to get hell out of their town while also demanding justice for Renee Good, who was shot to death by an ICE agent, Jonathan Ross, during a federal enforcement operation earlier this month.

Responding to Nicki’s heated comments, Don tells TMZ … “I’m not surprised Nicki Minaj does not understand journalism and is weighing in on matters that are above her capacity. However, the more appropriate image for her post is a ‘Pick Me’ Doll,” referring to a person who is overcompensating and needs validation.

And President Trump‘s White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is also weighing in, saying the commander in chief “will not tolerate the intimidation and harassment of Christians in their sacred places of worship.” Leavitt said the Department of Justice has launched a full investigation into this “despicable incident.”

The Houston model caught making out with Desmond Scott amid is divorce is speaking out — and clearing the air on whether she’s the woman he cheated with.

Marissa Springer posted a video to Instagram on Sunday to discuss all the hate she’s received from online trolls who claim she’s the one who broke up Desmond’s marriage to his wife, Kristy. In December … Kristy filed for divorce, citing alleged infidelity with Desmond, who later admitted he made “choices” he’s “not proud of.”

In her video statement, Springer kicked things off by saying, “I am going to say this one time and one time only, I am not the one he cheated with.”

She also says she’s not transgender, as some have suggested, while defending Desmond in the face of insults about his own sexuality, stating he’s clearly not gay.

She went on to talk about how TMZ called her for comment before publishing our story — confirming she told us she met Desmond for the first time at the bar that night.

Marissa said she didn’t interrogate Desmond about his relationship status — as they were drinking and feeling each other’s vibes. This is an obvious reference to their on-camera make-out sesh that went viral after we ran the video.

Then Marissa claimed Desmond and Kristy are officially divorced … however, TMZ learned the judge has not yet signed off on it.
