Lamar Odom‘s rehab business partnership is officially over … but TMZ Sports has learned the split has nothing to do with his DUI arrest this past weekend.

Christian hip-hop artist Dontae Ralston tells TMZ … Lamar parted ways with his rehab business partners less than a year after acquiring the facilities, with the breakup going down around late 2023 or early 2024.

Dontae and Hall of Fame skateboarder Dennis Martinez decided to end their partnership with the former NBA star because Lamar continued publicly promoting marijuana, despite being affiliated with rehab centers that frequently treat patients specifically for marijuana addiction.

Despite the split, Dontae says there’s no animosity, explaining they still pray for Lamar and continue to hope he succeeds. “We still try to communicate,” Dontae tells us, adding, “Lamar is Lamar.”

As we reported … Lamar teamed up with Ralston and Martinez to acquire multiple rehab facilities in California in April 2023. A rep for Odom told us at the time the venues included a women’s residential treatment home and two men’s detox and residential treatment homes.

The facilities were set to operate under the name “Odom Wellness Treatment Centers,” and Lamar vowed to be “highly involved” with patients, saying he was “ready to start saving lives.”

D.L. Hughley has some strong words for Nicki Minaj after her online tirade against Don Lemon following an incident at a church in Minnesota Sunday, where Don was reporting from amid a crowd of protesters.

We caught up with D.L. at LAX Monday, and he told us while Nicki is focused on Lemon … she really needs to worry about keeping her husband off of “To Catch a Predator.”

As you know … Nicki attacked Don on X, calling him a homophobic slur for reporting on the protest at a Minnesota church.

She wrote, “DON ‘C*** SUCKIN’ LEMON IS DISGUSTING.” Don is a married gay man.

D.L. told us he finds it amazing how “many on the right” hate transgender and gay people “more than they do pedophiles.”

He joked … “Damn Don Lemon, Nicki Minaj needs to be worried about Chris Hansen.”

The comedian seemed to be referencing Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty — who is a registered sex offender — and Hansen’s former TV show “To Catch a Predator,” which targeted potential and alleged child-sex offenders.

Of course, D.L. also could have been referring to Nicki’s brother, Jelani Maraj, who was given 25 years to life in prison after being found guilty of predatory sexual assault on a child younger than 13.

The 2 child actors accusing Timothy Busfield of inappropriately touching them, initially told police the exact opposite … and we’ve just obtained audio recordings of their interviews.

The twin boys — referred to as V.L. and S.L. in legal docs — were interviewed by cops in November 2024, and the officer asked, “You know no one can touch your private areas?”

Both boys — who Busfield was directing in “The Cleaning Lady” TV series — answered yes, and when the officer followed up by asking if Tim ever touches their privates, they both said, “No.”

Busfield’s attorneys submitted the audio to the New Mexico court Monday, and in the filing, they claim prosecutors described this initial interview as the boys failing to “disclose” abuse — but Busfield insists it’s much more than that, calling it an “unequivocal denial” of the allegation.

In the criminal complaint, prosecutors acknowledge the boys only revealed the alleged inappropriate contact after therapy sessions. According to their mother, in September 2025, one of the boys told his counselor Busfield had touched his penis and bottom.

Busfield also addresses the third accuser — a then-17-year-old actress he was directing in a stage production — by saying they have a witness, Matthew Moore, who was also acting at that theater back in 2001.

According to the docs, Matthew had a conversation with the accuser’s father, who was excited to get his pilot for a TV series into the right hands. Matthew claims the father said, “They are going to love it because Tim Busfield is going to present it to them, which I’m certain he will do because he will need to if he thinks he’s going to f*** my daughter.”

Matthew says he asked the dad why he thought Tim was interested, and he allegedly replied, “Because she’s a total babe.” In the docs, he says it was clear to him the father was willing to leverage his daughter’s looks to advance his own career.
