“Owning Manhattan” star Chloe Tucker Caine says she swiped left on the man who would eventually become her husband several times … before her mom took over her dating apps.

The breakout reality star stopped by “TMZ Live” Monday and imparted a bit of wisdom for anyone in the market for a spouse.

Chloe told us … “A lot of times our parents see the best in us and they see a lot of times what we’re missing.”

But it took some serious convincing for Chloe to hand over the fate of her romantic life to her mother. Her mom persuaded her this was the way to go based on her own life experience. According to Chloe, her mother admitted to her that she picked someone based solely on looks … and didn’t want her daughter to suffer the same fate she did.

So this is how their little love operation worked … Chloe says her mom posed as her, essentially screening Chloe’s matches for her.

Chloe explained, “They didn’t know it was her. They thought they were talking to me!”

According to Chloe, it saved her from having to talk to “a bunch of losers” day and night.

If Mom approved of the gents after messaging with them as Chloe, she passed them to Chloe who would continue texting and set up a date. Kind of like ethical catfishing.

“I was doing like 2 or 3 dates a night,” she said.

And even with all those dates lined up, she still wasn’t keen on meeting the man who would become her future husband. Chloe told us when her mom first showed her his pictures, she protested … “Absolutely not. He’s not my type. Never in a million years will I date this man.”

Now, they’ve been married for 5 years and are raising a 2-year-old.

Sometimes Mom really does know best!

Katie Clark is dealing with a shocking betrayal.

The “Bringing Up Bates” star’s husband, Travis Clark, admitted to cheating on her … confessing to an affair and repeated betrayals just one day after Katie revealed she suffered a miscarriage.

Travis shared the confession in an Instagram Stories post Saturday, writing that there was “no excuse” for his actions and he’s taking full responsibility.

“This is hard to write, but I owe the truth and I owe an apology,” he wrote. “I was unfaithful to my wife. I had an affair and repeatedly broke her trust.”

TC apologized for the “pain, humiliation, and betrayal” he caused Katie, acknowledging forgiveness is not something he deserves or can ask for.

“I am taking responsibility by getting help and doing the work to change and become a more honest and accountable man, regardless of outcome,” Travis wrote, asking for privacy and grace for Katie.

The confession came just one day after Katie shared an emotional Instagram video sharing the couple had lost their third baby. “I will spend the rest of my life missing you 🪽,” she captioned the post.

Piers Morgan is hospitalized after a painful fall, which landed him with a brand new hip.

The broadcaster revealed Sunday he’s recovering in a London hospital after tripping at a restaurant, suffering a serious femur fracture that required a hip replacement.

Morgan shared the update on X, posting a photo from his hospital bed and explaining he tripped on a small step while dining out. He joked the New Year was already “off to a cracking start.”

The fall turned out to be far more serious than it sounded. Morgan said the impact fractured his femur so badly, surgeons had no choice but to give him a new hip.

Now in recovery, he says he’ll be on crutches for six weeks and unable to travel long haul for at least 12 weeks.

Still, Morgan couldn’t resist cracking a joke, saying … “I blame Donald Trump,” he wrote, alongside a thumbs up selfie from his hospital bed.

Morgan also shared an image of an X-ray showing the fracture.

One wrong step sent Piers to the hospital, but it certainly didn’t knock out his sense of humor.

A$AP Rocky and Rihanna wrapped up a huge night in true power couple fashion.

The two were spotted making a stylish exit from the “Saturday Night Live” after party at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City Saturday night, following Rocky’s musical guest debut on NBC’s show.

Rocky had a lot to celebrate inside Studio 8H. For his first performance of the night, he ripped through “Punk Rocky,” one of the standout tracks from his newly released album, “Don’t Be Dumb”. He later returned to the stage for a medley of “Helicopter.”

He also showed off his comedic chops in a sketch that had Finn Wolfhard joining a group of teenage boys hosting a snack-obsessed podcast. The teens were played by Chloe Fineman, Jane Wickline, Veronika Slowikowska, with a surprise cameo from Sabrina Carpenter, adding to the chaos.

“Don’t Be Dumb” dropped Friday and marks Rocky’s first studio album in eight years.

After the live show wrapped, Rocky and Rihanna headed uptown to the exclusive after party, where the pair once again proved why they’re one of Hollywood’s most-watched couples.
