A New Jersey police chief is being accused of creating a toxic — and smelly — work environment … by defecating on the floors at the station, spiking officers’ coffee with Viagra and Adderall, sticking a hypodermic needle into the penis of a subordinate … and more.
The disturbing allegations come from five officers from the North Bergen Police Department, who submitted legal complaints this month — which TMZ obtained — to prepare to sue police chief Robert Farley for discrimination, harassment, using racial slurs, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and violation of civil rights.
The legal complaints obtained by TMZ also accuse Farley of exposing himself to the entire office while making inappropriate comments such as, “Hey, look, it’s bigger than you thought, right?”
One of the docs specifies … “Chief Farley has, on several occasions, pulled his pants down and defecated on the floor in front of his entire office staff.” In another instance, Farley allegedly defecated into a trash can in front of two coworkers … and left it there for days before finally agreeing to clean it up.
He is also accused of shaving his body hair over work desks, and repeatedly erupting in fits of rage, allegedly ripping a TV off a wall and smashing it … and smashing picture frames, and throwing eggs, according to the complaints.
Farley is also accused of smearing ink on door handles, poking holes in coffee cups, and sneaking dangerously hot peppers into coworkers’ food … one complaint says he heated one such pepper-infused meal in a microwave, causing fumes so unbearable the fire department was called to vent the building.
In addition to creating a chaotic work environment, one officer accuses Farley of harassing him and his family at home with the “delivery of inappropriate items such as gay pride flags, dildos, and masturbation cream” that his children saw.
Farley has been with the North Bergen Police Department for 26 years and was made chief in February 2024.
TMZ reached out to the Township of North Bergen for comment … so far, no word back.
However, a spokesperson has told multiple outlets that the township has “full confidence in Chief Robert Farley’s leadership” and denies “these false and outrageous allegations.”

Two security guards have been busted and slapped with felony battery charges after a wild, caught-on-camera beatdown of a guy at an Indiana bar — and the footage is brutal.
The distressing video allegedly shows security guards Sean Shell and Johnathon Turner going off on Shane Hendrix … kicking, punching, and dragging him across the floor at Chaser’s Bar & Grill in Evansville — all after he was accused of a confrontation with a bartender over an unpaid tab.
According to authorities, the guards didn’t even try to escort him out first — they went straight into full-on assault mode.

An off-duty Evansville police officer, working for the bar, who had nothing to do with the attack, was actually outside on the street helping someone else at the time — but he says he spotted a visibly bloodied Hendrix outside, made contact with him, and kicked off an investigation into what went down.
The bartender claims Hendrix got aggressive — saying he threatened and lunged at her when she called him out for owing money over booze he bought from her. According to the EPD report, he still owes around $60 for the unpaid drinks.
The officer says he later spoke with the two bouncers — and they were arrested and booked into Vanderburgh County Jail on felony battery charges. Both had court hearings on Monday, and Turner was released on $10K bond. The case is still ongoing. The incident was first reported by WFIE-TV in Evansville.
As for Hendrix, he’s recovering in the hospital — and told authorities he’s dealing with six fractures in his face, a broken nose, bruised back, a missing tooth, and another that’s damaged.

Charles Barkley is back in San Antonio for the NCAA men’s basketball championship game on Monday … and he couldn’t leave without reigniting his friendly rivalry with the city — and their “big ol’ women!!”
Barkley added another installment to the playful feud on the stage at the Capital One JamFest Sunday night … one day after his alma mater lost its Final Four matchup against Florida.

After being handed the mic and thanking everyone in attendance … Chuck made sure to point out the ladies who call the Alamo City their home.
“Yes, y’all got some big bitches here,” he said.
It was a big hit among those in attendance … who let out a cheer for the classic jab.
Of course, this is Chuck’s thing with the area … and even though it’s all been in good fun, he claimed he was told back in 2021 he had to stop joking about the subject on “Inside the NBA.”

During an interview at the time, the 62-year-old blamed cancel culture for the ban after a story was written in a local newspaper about his “fat-shaming shtick.”
“You can’t even have fun nowadays without these jackasses trying to get you canceled and things like that,” he said.

Russell Brand says sex is a big reason why he wanted to be famous in the first place … and he claims he would never have sex with someone without their consent.
The British actor and comedian just went on a long rant on his Rumble show, “Stay Free with Russell Brand,” doubling down on his denial of rape and sexual assault charges against him in London.

Russell notes the charges all stem from alleged incidents from 1999 to 2004 … and he says back then he must have been “captured by some kind of darkness” because his life was all about sex, drugs and alcohol.
Brand says back in the day he was “out there having sex with everyone” … he claims women were throwing themselves at him because of his fame and he wanted nothing more than to lose himself in endless pleasure.
Russell, who is now sober, says consent is the name of the game for him though … and just because he was having lots of sex at the time doesn’t mean he was raping or sexually assaulting anyone.
