Rep. Kim Berfield was selected to serve as the next Vice Chair.
Sen. Ed Hooper nominated both DiCeglie and Berfield.
All are Republicans. There are only three Democrats in the delegation: Sen. Darryl Rouson and Reps. Lindsay Cross and Michele Rayner.
Delegation rules require the positions of Chair and Vice Chair to alternate between members of the House and Senate. The Chair is responsible for setting meeting dates and publishing and distributing all required notices for the meeting. The Chair also sets the agendas for meetings and collects and distributes applicable materials to members.
The Chair also presides over Delegation meetings. The Vice Chair is responsible for presiding over meetings should the Chair be absent.
