A viral video has left fans of ‘Ned’s Declassified’ stunned, and now Devon Werkheiser is opening up about how painful it is to see his former co-star Tylor Chase living on the streets.
Devon, who played Ned Bigby on the hit Nickelodeon series, tells TMZ, “Tylor was a sensitive, sweet, and kind kid. It is heartbreaking to see him this way.” He says he would love nothing more than to help Chase, but acknowledges the situation is complicated.

“I haven’t seen Tylor in almost 20 years since the show ended,” Devon tells us, adding Chase’s addiction and mental health struggles make situations like this especially difficult. “Anyone who has dealt with severe addiction and deep mental health issues knows it’s an unbelievably challenging situation if they don’t want help.”
Devon emphasizes that simply giving Tylor money isn’t a solution. “It’s an everyday uphill battle to course correct. It requires a ton of support and patience and time,” he says. From what he understands, Tylor does have family nearby who continue to check on him and try to help.
He also says he wishes people would stop filming and posting videos of Tylor online for views. Still, Devon hopes the attention could lead to something positive. “My only hope is that from this exposure, someone with real understanding and resources can step in, get Tylor into treatment, and help him get back on track. We all want a happy ending.”
As we reported … Riverside, CA Police told TMZ officers interact with Chase at least once a week and repeatedly offer mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and temporary housing … offers he continues to decline.

The duo shared the happy news in a joint IG post Monday, simply captioning it with the baby’s arrival date — “My Sunshine 12.17.2025” — keeping the name and gender under wraps for now.
They first revealed they were expanding their fam back in August, adding to their already-packed household with twins Nicholas and Lucy, born in 2017, and daughter Mary, who arrived in 2020.
The power couple has been going strong for nearly 25 years, first linking up in 2001 after meeting on the set of Enrique’s “Escape” music video … and clearly, all that family focus has paid off.

Dead at 51

YouTube star Adam the Woo has died … TMZ has learned.
A spokeswoman for Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in Florida tells TMZ … deputies were first dispatched to Adam’s home around 12:24 PM Monday for a well being check. We’re told the home was secured, but deputies were unable to make contact with the adult male who lived there.
The Sheriff’s Office tells us deputies returned to the address later in the afternoon around 2:53 PM after receiving a call for an unattended death. Authorities say a friend became concerned, borrowed a ladder, and looked through a third story window, where he saw Adam lying on a bed not moving.
Deputies entered the residence alongside Fire Rescue, and Adam pronounced deceased inside the home. The medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Investigators say the friend who discovered him had seen Adam the day before. Authorities also tell us they notifies Adam’s father, who lives locally about his death.
Adam the Woo rose to fame through his popular YouTube channel, where he documented travel, theme parks, roadside attractions, and pop-culture locations … growing a massive following over the years.
Adam was 51.

Brown University
School Not To Blame For Shooting
… Masters Students Say

A group of second-year master’s students at Brown University says the school should not be blamed for the on-campus shooting that killed two and injured several others.
The students, who live on and near campus and work on the east side of Providence, RI — near Brown — tell TMZ … they don’t agree with one narrative being spun that the Ivy League school is somehow to blame for the mass shooting.

Instead, the students say gun control and lack of access to mental health services are the real issues here … and they say there’s nothing Brown can do to control those things.
What’s more, the students say there are overarching problems that need to be dealt with at the federal level … and they feel they weren’t the only school or group of students that’s feeling the brunt of gun violence and mass shootings.

The students say there needs to be tough conversations about gun control policies … and they want to see investments made into making mental health facilities more accessible.
Law enforcement says former Brown student Claudio Manuel Neves Valente was the gunman … and the students we talked to say Brown shouldn’t be held at fault for a former student who harbored hate in his heart for those alongside him.
