Hollywood Hot Spot Sued for Sexual Harassment

Mr. Chow — a celebrity-frequented eatery in Hollywood — is being sued for failing to prevent sexual harassment and gender discrimination in the workplace after a former employee claimed a coworker touched the plaintiff’s chest while on the clock.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, a former employee suing anonymously as “Jane Doe” says she was continuously sexually harassed during her employment at the Beverly Hills establishment between 2022 and 2025, and claims she was retaliated against when she made formal complaints.
She alleges multiple instances of harassment from a server named Carlos Martinez … the first being an August 2022 incident during which she claims he attempted to force her to kiss him on the cheek in order to leave the cramped coat-check area. Shortly after, she says, he showed her the cover of a book he was reading — about sex — which she describes as a “targeted attempt” to make her feel uncomfortable at work.
The ex-employee said the worst instance of harassment came in April 2025, claiming that’s when Martinez grabbed her bicep and touched her breast.
Jane says his harassment escalated to what she calls “palpable hostility” … so she says she eventually reported Martinez’s alleged behavior to management … but she claims nothing changed despite a purported zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
In addition, Jane says she reported a wage issue she believed likely violated labor laws to Mr. Chow — AKA owner Michael Chow — himself … but claims it was met with “visible anger” and “escalating hostility toward her.”
She says she ended up resigning in May 2025 because she felt she could no longer work in such an environment.
She’s suing for hostile work environment, retaliation, emotional distress and more … seeking unspecified damages in excess of $35K.

You may remember Mr. Chow being in the news back in December 2024 — Jamie Foxx was dining at the restaurant when some customers apparently threw a glass at him, forcing him to get stitches on his face.
Other notable patrons of the Beverly Hills location — the original is in NYC — include Adele, Britney Spears, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Madonna, Beyoncé and Jack Nicholson.

Kylie Jenner‘s making Santa’s signature color sexy this holiday season … flashing her ample cleavage in a tight and tiny leather jacket.
The reality star shared pics and videos of her ensemble to social media … taking mirror selfies and showing off her top, which clung to her chest and didn’t quite meet her pants at the waist.
Jenner shared a Boomerang … capturing a small lean forward and back which accentuated her curves — before stepping away from the camera in the final clip to show off the full ‘fit, black pants included.
Kylie played around with her hair, too … sometimes letting it drape down as a curtain for her chest — while throwing it back at other points to give fans a full glimpse of everything she’s got working for her.

It seems Kylie’s feeling fine after a recent procedure she underwent to alleviate her chronic back pain. ICYMI … Jenner received a stem-cell treatment to treat her persistent pain — which has been plaguing her since she gave birth to her son, Aire, in 2023.

Real estate sources tell TMZ … “The Real Housewives of Miami” alum sold the property off-market for $6.6 million on Friday, teaming up with luxury real estate power duo Bianca Fields and Adriana Yedidsion of The Agency to seal the deal.
The hillside stunner, perched above the Sunset Strip, features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and more than 4,000 square feet of prime living space.
Panoramic views pour through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The double-lot compound blends clean modern architecture with warm, luxe finishes … French White Oak floors, Italian marble, and a seamless indoor/outdoor flow built for Hollywood caliber entertaining.
The backyard is full resort mode … pool, spa, multi-level patios with built-in audio and lighting, a Porsche Design grill, fire pit, and even a designer rose garden.
Black bought the home in 2016 and later added a bar and entertainment lounge, chef’s kitchen, and a slick outdoor kitchen. We’re told the move-out was handled by Paul Sethi with upgrades done by Enrique Estrada and staging by Vesta pros Megan Campbell and Dana Popper.
Lea’s also selling a curated batch of designer items that didn’t make the move … shoes, clothing, and more through her website.
