Tecnica Group has appointed Andrea Dorigo as its new CEO. He replaces Giovanni Zoppas, who had been at the helm of the Italian winter sports equipment and outdoor footwear specialist since May 2021, and will continue to work alongside the Zanatta family as strategic advisor.
He will be tasked with maximizing the performance of Tecnica’s brand portfolio, fostering the group’s sustainable growth.

Tecnica Group was founded by the Zanatta brothers in 1963, and owns the Tecnica, Nordica, Moon Boot, Lowa, Blizzard, and Rollerblade brands. In fiscal 2024, the group generated a revenue of €517 million, with adjusted EBITDA of €79 million. It recorded a negative net financial position of minus €147 million, while consolidated net income was €25.2 million.
