Ronnie Radke is taking his first steps toward figuring out who is allegedly impersonating him online … filing a lawsuit in an effort to subpoena Snapchat.

The singer and rapper filed a suit against multiple John Does earlier this week … alleging that, since at least April of last year, an individual he calls John Doe 1 has credibly impersonated him on Snapchat for “purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening and/or defrauding” others.

He’s also suing John Doe 2 — who may or may not be the same person as John Doe 1 — for allegedly impersonating him on Instagram with the same aim to defraud others.

Ronnie notes he doesn’t know the identities of these alleged impersonators … which is why he’s suing them under these fictitious names until he can figure out who they are.

We reached out to Ronnie … and, he tells us this is the first step in his plan to subpoena Snapchat to get the metadata and IP address he believes necessary to prove he never messaged anyone, including Brittany Furlan.

Ronnie says he doesn’t want money … just evidence to clear his name and prove he wasn’t hitting up Tommy Lee‘s wife last year.

As you know … Ronnie filed a temporary restraining order against Furlan earlier this week — claiming she’s harassing him online and even showed up at his house.

Furlan admitted to being catfished by someone pretending to be Ronnie last year … but recently changed her tune and claimed she was talking to the real Ronnie — before she allegedly contacted some of Ronnie’s underage fans online and encouraged them to come forward with alleged inappropriate experiences with the singer.

Heidi Klum‘s year of freeing the nipple keeps rolling on … because she hit the beach once again without a bikini top.

The supermodel and her husband Tom Kaulitz were spotted walking down to the ocean on St. Barts earlier this week … both of their bare chests puffed out.

The two laughed and smiled while wading into the water together … holding hands and later locking lips.

The lovebirds later retreated to the beach where Heidi threw on a yellow top, obscuring the view of her chest … though her long legs certainly still drew some eyes.

Heidi’s topless form might be old news to TMZ loyalists at this point … because this ain’t the first time we’ve shared half-naked pics of this star with you in recent weeks.

Remember, Heidi ended her year by stripping off her top and diving into the water on a couple of separate occasions … at one point sipping on a drink in the ocean and seemingly unbothered to drop her top in front of her and Tom’s friends.

We later saw her in a baby blue bikini, so we thought she’d gotten tired of the public frenzy surrounding her nudity … then, earlier this week, we saw her splashing around the water and packing on the PDA with Tom sans top once more.

Police have finally arrested a suspect in Dr. Spencer Tepe and Monique Tepe‘s murders … with officials taking a man named Michael McKee into custody, who is reportedly Monique’s ex-husband.

The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois tells TMZ … McKee was booked early today and is on an out-of-state hold.

We’ve obtained McKee’s mug shot … and, he’s staring straight into the camera with no expression — hair a mess and a pair of thick glasses on his face.

According to 10TV — a local Ohio outlet which is citing court records — police filed an arrest warrant for McKee after tracing his car on the night of the murders using surveillance footage.

Cops reportedly say the vehicle arrived in the area shortly before and left shortly after the killings. Online records say he’s now facing 2 murder charges.

As you know … the Tepes were killed in the early morning hours of December 30 and found by concerned friends hours later — and, we shared the harrowing 911 audio with you which captured the intensity of the scene.

Police released video of a person of interest walking near the Tepes house around the time the two were killed … and asked the public for any help identifying that person.

The Tepes had two young children — a four-year-old and a one-year-old — both of whom were unharmed and are staying with family members in the aftermath of the slayings.
