Suki Waterhouse for Michael Kors, shot in Rome – Michael Kors
“Rome, for me, is just a city that inspires awe, no matter how much time I spend there,” said designer Michael Kors in a press release. “It’s cinematic, it’s dramatic, it’s urban, it’s got a pulse, and it has all this incredible natural beauty and history. When you combine that with the modern laid-back elegance of Suki Waterhouse and the classic movie star energy that Logan Lerman brings, it creates an unforgettable campaign.”
Emmanuelle Alt styled the campaign to evoke the sense of a never-ending adventure and epitomise ‘main character’ dressing. Featured designs include statement outerwear, fringed accents, and new silhouettes of the label’s signature Nolita and Hamilton bags.
The campaign’s shot locations range from Rome’s historic Piazza Navona to the city’s Spanish Steps and the Fountain of Acqua Paola. For the campaign’s short features, director Samuel Rixon created vignettes of Waterhouse and Lerman’s daily lives to the soundtrack of the Don Henley track “All She Wants to Do is Dance,” which Waterhouse herself exclusively re-recorded for the occasion. “We wanted to capture them both in their natural milieu,” said Kors.
Michael Kors has also announced its fall/ winter 2025 collection ad campaign, which stars model Angelina Kendall. Photographed by Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and styled by Carlos Nazario, the campaign and collection are designed to evoke “everyday opulence,” according to Kors. “It’s about pieces you can wear today, tomorrow and for many years to come.”
