John Reger, PGA is a 44‑year member of the PGA of America and one of Florida’s most experienced and multifaceted golf professionals.
Based in St. Augustine, he has built a career that spans instruction, broadcasting, tournament announcing, golf course ownership, player development, consulting, writing, and leadership within the PGA.
He is a broadcaster for On the Tee Florida and MIC’D UP® where he interviews athletes and entertainers while mixing golf insight with humor and storytelling.
His peers have twice elected him President of the North Florida PGA Section, and he currently serves as the Incoming Chairman of the Florida Sports Hall of Fame.
Throughout his career, he has remained active in community events, charity initiatives, and sports media, making him a respected and recognizable figure in Florida’s golf and sports landscape.
