Haley Joel Osment caused a stir at the chair lift before his arrest at California’s Mammoth Mountain resort earlier this month — and we have it on video.

Check it out … “The Sixth Sense” star — who’s notably wearing his helmet backward — is lined up and ready to pop a squat on the lift, but there’s one thing missing — his snowboard! Footage shows a female crew member trying to reason with him and remove him from the line, but he’s insistent on getting up the mountain even without his board to bring him back down.

Haley’s fellow skiers and snowboarders begin to grow impatient, with some even heckling him to get out of there. He ignores their demands … but turns around and shrugs them off — seemingly perplexed by their anger.

The actor must have been on a mission to get up Mammoth Mountain — but his determination eventually diminished, and he removed himself from the line shortly after the crew member confirmed ski patrol was on their way to defuse the situation.

A clip of Haley finally walking out of the queue shows a slight smirk on his face … and an eyewitness tells TMZ he strolled over to his snowboard and “fumbled around with it.”

The bystander also says he absolutely reeked of alcohol.

As you know, the brother of actress Emily Osment was arrested at the California ski resort on April 8 for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked and quickly released … and now it’s up to the Mono County D.A. to decide whether or not to prosecute the case.

Mammoth Mountain declined to comment on his arrest.

Haley was also arrested back in 2006 for driving under the influence after he drove into a brick pillar. He pleaded no contest to DUI and one count of possession of marijuana.

Ivanka Trump is having some fun in the sun in Costa Rica, enjoying some quality time with her kids at the beach and surfing her butt off in the ocean.

Speaking of Ivanka’s rear end, President Donald Trump‘s daughter gave everyone a good look at it in her one-piece bathing suit — and, trust us, you won’t be disappointed when you catch a glimpse in our exclusive footage.

That’s right … TMZ obtained photos/videos of Ivanka and her children chilling on the sand and splashing around in the waters off Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

An eyewitness tells us Ivanka’s hubby, Jared Kushner, was there, too, but he’s not seen in any of the snapshots or video clips shot Tuesday.

Back to Ivanka … check her out with her family hanging out on the sand. At first, she’s just standing there — fully clothed — observing people and looking out at the ocean.

Then Ivanka stands on a surfboard lying on the sand before stripping down to her one-piece and heading into the water with her board and her butt fully in the camera frame.

Once in the ocean, Ivanka shows off her surfing skills … riding the waves on her board with ease at times. At other times, she falls into the water with an instructor pushing her into the waves. And, as an added bonus, Ivanka gives us a few more butt shots during her beach outing.

Wendy Williams is trying to get answers about a potential change in a very serious medical condition … but she says her doctor and her guardian are keeping her in the dark.

Wendy tells TMZ … the medication she takes for a thyroid condition related to Graves’ disease was recently changed and no one will tell her why or answer her questions.

WW says the nurse came in recently with a different color pill and nobody has said a thing … and she’s trying like hell to find out if her thyroid condition is better or worse.

She tells us she’s tried to call her doctor but can’t get through … and since Sunday, she’s been asking her guardian to get in touch with her doctor and let her know if something’s changed with her thyroid issue … but she hasn’t heard back.

Wendy says she’s waiting around for an answer as she sits locked away on the 5th floor of her assisted-living facility — which she likes to refer to as a “luxury prison” — telling us she keeps wondering, “Am I in medical trouble?!?”

Frankly, it all sounds pretty stressful.
