McNicholas & Associates, a communications firm representing public and private companies, organizations, agencies and municipalities, has promoted two of its employees to key leadership roles.
The firm has elevated Ansley Seaton to Vice President of Communications and Megan Kuehhas to Director of Public Relations.
Seaton began working for the firm in 2019, distinguishing herself from Day 1 as a creative and strategic communicator.
“At McNicholas & Associates, we pride ourselves on cultivating talent that delivers strategy development and execution at the highest level, and Ansley is the perfect example of that commitment in action,” firm President and CEO Tom McNicholas said. “This promotion is a well-earned recognition as she has been a key player in the firm’s success over the years, consistently bringing leadership, creativity, and commitment.”
Seaton grew up in Tallahassee and stayed for college, earning her bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in international affairs from Florida State University. Her professional experience includes graphic design, social media marketing, strategic campaigns and community outreach.
Kuehhas has a diverse background in hospitality and sports management, including work with professional sports teams. She spent nearly a decade working at Friar’s Head in Suffolk County, New York, a world-class golf course.
She also serves as Executive Program Director for the Florida Baseball Club, which utilizes youth athletic fields restored by the McNicholas Family Foundation in Martin County. Collectively, the two organizations work to build, restore and sustain high-quality athletics spaces that support youth development.
Kuehhas earned her undergraduate degree in family, youth and community sciences and in sports management from the University of Florida, where she also worked with the Florida Gators Football team and Athletic Department.
Both promotions are effective immediately.
