The Kansas City Chiefs are going back to the Super Bowl after beating the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game … meaning Taylor Swift’s glad– and Hailee Steinfeld‘s sad.

The two teams heading to New Orleans are set after Championship Sunday — the Philadelphia Eagles handled the Washington Commanders in the NFC title game earlier in the day with a 55-23 victory … meaning it’ll be a rematch of Super Bowl LVII from two years ago, which the Chiefs won.

Swift was present for Travis Kelce and Co.’s huge game at Arrowhead Stadium … and for those who believe in “Tayvoodoo,” it struck again as the home team held off Steinfeld’s fiancé, Josh Allen, and the relentless Bills in a thrilling 32-29 result.

Allen threw for 237 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.

It’s a huge deal for K.C. — they’re now one win away from being the first team to win three Super Bowls in a row.

On the other side, Jalen Hurts and the Birds will hope to get revenge on their matchup in 2023.

Swifties will certainly be thrilled to have another game to catch Taylor at the biggest sporting event of the year … and Chiefs Kingdom — even though the fanbase is used to it by now — is just as pumped to get a shot at history.

Jesse Williams is all for progress being made in the film industry … admitting he’s optimistic about the future of diversity — so long as it isn’t just for show.

The actor spoke at a diverse storytelling panel for the Sundance Film Festival this weekend … and, he talked about two different efforts to promote inclusion in film — the genuine and the performative.

Listen to the clip for yourself … Jesse says he sees and appreciates many creators genuinely trying to promote more equity in their movies — but, he says he also sees the “trap of performative diversity.”

Williams points to things like social media users putting up a black square after George Floyd was murdered … or film companies being forced to hire people to police racism rather than to simply stop working with racists.

Jesse says this kind of diversity — which has been blasted by some in Hollywood — eventually expires … and, it leaves people who were hired as essentially a “Black friend” in a worse spot when it becomes clear they weren’t qualified for the job.

Basically, it’s not that Jesse is against diversity in movies — on the contrary, he later said during the talk that he’s optimistic about the future of diversity in the industry — but, he is saying it needs to be done with good intentions, by people of color in leadership.

Of course, DEI programs across the country are in serious trouble now … after President Donald Trump signed an executive order earlier this week banning them in the federal government.

DEI employees in the federal government were put on leave and are on their way to being fired … and, some private corporations like Meta and McDonald’s have drastically changed their DEI programs this month too.

Aaron Kirman‘s telling Josh Altman to slow his roll on the number of people leaving the Pacific Palisades … claiming his clients all want to rebuild — so, don’t expect the mass exodus others have talked about.

We caught up with the “Impossible Listing” star Friday … and, he says he saw the video of Josh telling us more than half the people in the Palisades are likely to abandon the neighborhood.

AK says he couldn’t disagree more … admitting a bunch of clients have reached out to him in the aftermath of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires — but, if he had to put a number on it, around 80% of those in the Palisades plan to rebuild.

Like a host of other real estate insiders we’ve talked to, Kirman isn’t sugarcoating the rebuilding process … saying it’ll take upwards of 10 years before the area is back to where it was.

For those people who don’t want to wait five to ten years to live in a new home, Kirman says the ones who can afford to buy are looking to buy in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and other affluent regions of L.A.

However, Aaron says that’s all temporary … ’cause all his clients say they eventually want to go back to PP.

Kirman says a number of his clients are also P.O.’d at local L.A. officials … blaming their lack of preparedness for the tragedy. Like we’ve told you … Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are suing the city after losing their home in the Palisades.
