Luigi Mangione UnitedHealthcare CEO ‘Had It Coming’ …’Manifesto’ Reveals Chilling Plans
Published
Luigi Mangione laid out a chilling blueprint that reveals why he felt it necessary to allegedly gun down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in December 2024 — and his reasoning is scrawled out in a red spiral notebook, new court documents reveal.
According to his “manifesto” — revealed in a new court filing from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and obtained by the New York Post — 27-year-old Mangione’s disgust with the insurance industry — which he wrote “extracts human life force for money” — was the driving force behind his desire to make a political point while harming as few people as possible.

He penned … “So say you want to rebel against the deadly, greed fueled health insurance cartel. Do you bomb the HQ? No. Bombs=terrorism.”
Instead, he reasoned the best move was to “wack [sic] the CEO at the annual parasitic bean-counter convention” because it’s “targeted and precise and doesn’t risk innocents.”
Even more disturbing … despite Mangione wanting to avoid hurting “innocents,” he allegedly hatched a plan for a mass-casualty event in his home state of Maryland. He reasoned it “would’ve been an unjustified catastrophe that would be perceived mostly as sick, but more importantly unhelpful.”
It’s not clear exactly what his plan was, but he was reportedly “glad” he procrastinated because it allowed him to focus on learning more about UnitedHealthcare … and make his point with some morality still in place.
Exposing more of his driving points, Mangione reportedly wrote killing Thompson at an annual investors conference — the late CEO was at the New York Hilton Midtown Hotel for UnitedHealth Group’s annual investor meeting — “conveys a greedy bastard that had it coming” and therefore would be more well-received by the public.

He also allegedly reveled in the idea of UnitedHealthcare taking a hit financially due to the ordeal.
Even more … Mangione was found with a note directed to the federal government when he was arrested, which was included in the new filing by prosecutors.
In his alleged candid letter, he claimed he was not working with anyone else and that he engineered the entire plot on his own.
And while he reportedly apologized for “any strife or trauma” he caused, he said it “had to be done,” adding … “Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming.”

Mangione is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
His next court appearance will be on June 26, with a federal trial expected some time in 2026.
Taiwanese-American actor Mason Lee was at the prime age of 21 years old when he was cast to play Teddy — the studious little brother who gets lost and loses a finger while on a wild bender in Bangkok — in the 2011 follow-up film “The Hangover Part II.”
Joining Lee in the silly shenanigans included Zach Galifianakis as the childish adult who shows a growing sense of maturity since the prequel, Alan, Ed Helms as the dentist grappling with his hangover from the night of partying, Stu and Bradley Cooper as the studly leader of “The Wolfpack,” Phil.
R. Kelly Joycelyn Savage’s Family Blasts His Pardon Push … He Still Has Our Daughter!!!
Published
R. Kelly should absolutely not be pardoned — ’cause one of his alleged victims, Joycelyn Savage, has been missing for years and is still believed to be in his grip and under his control, her family’s attorney tells TMZ.
Gerald Griggs — attorney for Joycelyn’s family — tells TMZ they’re slamming Kelly’s push for a Trump pardon … insisting the singer still has a grip on Joycelyn, who they haven’t heard from since a short phone call back in 2019.
TMZ.com
Watch the video … Joycelyn’s family has only heard from individuals claiming to represent her — though it’s unclear in what capacity. ICYDK, Joycelyn is R. Kelly’s one-time fiancée, who many say is a victim. Her family believes she’s alive, hopes she’s healthy, and says they’d love nothing more than to hear from her directly.
The Savage family says Kelly has never taken accountability, he was rightfully convicted, and he should serve every last day of his 31-year sentence.
In 2021, Kelly was convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking in a New York federal court. Just a year later, he was hit with more guilty verdicts — this time for child pornography and enticing minors for sex in Illinois.
A rep for Kelly’s legal team, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ they’re not willing to discuss Joycelyn right now because they want to focus on the singer and what’s happening to him … so maybe they can discuss her at a later time.

Brindley previously told us he’s hopeful Trump will pardon R. Kelly, arguing the former Prez can relate to being targeted by the feds.
He’s also pushing for Kelly’s release — the former singer has been hospitalized — after alleged threats from white supremacists forced him into solitary confinement — now asking a judge for home confinement instead.
We tried to get in touch with Joycelyn for comment … but were unable to connect with her.

Kamaru Usman spoke to TMZ Sports just days after he lost his belt to Leon Edwards three years ago … and he vowed to make a triumphant return. It ended up taking far longer than he expected, but true to his word, the Nigerian Nightmare’s back and squarely in the title picture!
“I remember coming on here and talking to you guys after I got kicked in the head by Leon Edwards,” Usman told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show, reflecting on his 2022 loss and his motivation for moving forward.
“One of the biggest things that really hit me at that moment was the opportunity to prove to myself again that I can get up and do something and get back on the horse.”
Kamaru continued … “That eluded me for years. And then injuries piled up and then it just seemed like I got deeper and deeper down into a hole. But, to finally crawl out of that hole and still be standing, this is why this win is so special and it meant to much to me.”

That’s why, if you watched Saturday’s card, Usman — who won by unanimous decision — was so emotional … in the Octagon, and during the post-fight presser.
After losing to Edwards twice (5th round KO, decision), and then to Khamzat Chimaev (decision) on a short-notice fight at 185 lbs., even Usman admits he had doubts whether he could perform at the highest of levels.
That’s now been answered — and Kamaru, ranked fifth, finds himself squarely in the title picture.
So, what’s next for the 38-year-old?
We asked the former welterweight champ … who gave us the blueprint to not only secure his old 170 lb. belt, but also the middleweight strap.
