The endorsements keep coming in for Byron Donalds’ campaign for Governor.
The latest to roll out is from the MAGA Governor of another Southern state.
Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry is endorsing the Congressman from Naples.
“I encourage all Floridians to get out and vote for Byron Donalds to be your next governor. I’m proud to join President Trump in endorsing Byron Donalds because Byron will put affordability, public safety, and education at the forefront of his agenda to protect Florida’s future,” Landry said in a statement.
A video message made similar points.
According to the campaign, “Landry’s endorsement follows Donalds’ monster Q4 fundraising haul, high-profile endorsements, and polling showing him crushing current and potential Republican primary opponents and leading by wide margins against Democrat opponents. This shows Donalds’ unmatched momentum as he dominates in the race for Florida Governor.”
Landry, a former state legislator, Congressman and state Attorney General, was President Donald Trump’s pick in the 2022 election. The endorsement shows yet again the power of the MAGA movement, and its interstate impact.
