Lizbeth Bueno promoted Senior Project Manager at LSN Law

‘Lizbeth brings clarity and structure to some of the most complex projects our team handles.’

LSN Law is elevating Lizbeth Bueno to Senior Project Manager, citing her performance directing its Land Use and Zoning practice.

Bueno joined LSN Law in 2022 as a Project Manager responsible for directing the firm’s Land Use and Zoning operations, overseeing governmental review processes, and implementing project approval strategies for complex development matters from the initial application stage through final approval.

She manages projects from initial application through final approval, providing oversight of site plan reviews, technical documentation, regulatory due diligence, and public hearing coordination. Bueno also serves as the primary liaison between client design teams and city and county staff, ensuring applications are thoroughly prepared and positioned before they head to board, council or commission inboxes.

“Lizbeth brings clarity and structure to some of the most complex projects our team handles. She is an essential part of our team and a trusted partner to our clients,” said Tracy Slavens, who leads LSN Law’s Land Use and Zoning practice.

Before Bueno started at LSN Law she served as a Land Use Coordinator for the City of Miami Beach, where she managed Land Use Board applications and published official city agendas.

She also previously worked with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. At ABT she was responsible for enforcement operations across Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.

LSN said Bueno’s promotion reflects the firm’s “continued investment in its team and commitment to delivering thoughtful, disciplined, and effective representation for clients navigating complex land use or procurement matters.”
