Le’Veon Bell is vehemently denying a woman’s claims he raped her for years when she was an adolescent … with his attorney telling TMZ Sports the default judgment in the alleged victim’s favor is completely “bogus.”
Jada Bell said in a lawsuit filed in Franklin County, Ohio last year that she’s Le’Veon’s cousin … and when she was just six or seven years old, Le’Veon began having nonconsensual, incestual relations with her.
According to the suit, Le’Veon — who Jada says is eight years older than her — would use “slang terms” to direct her when she was just a minor, which incestual acts he wished for her to perform upon him.”
“For instance,” the suit states, “he termed oral sex ‘fire.'”
Jada alleged the sexual abuse continued for roughly a decade — when Bell, an ex-Michigan State tailback, would return to Ohio “during his college years and beyond.” She claims it all finally ceased when she reached 18 years old.
Jada submitted her complaint to the courts on March 22, 2024 … and in October 2024, a judge issued a default judgment in her favor ruling that Le’Veon was “served according to law and failed to move, plead, or otherwise appear in this action.”
Two weeks ago, a jury trial took place in his absence to determine the damages … and according to court documents we obtained, Jada was awarded a $25 million verdict.
Bell’s attorney, Thomas W. Shaffer, tells us … “My client adamantly denies any and all allegations that have been lodged against him. Further, he was never served with a civil complaint or any documents.”
Shaffer says Bell was not even living in Ohio at the time he was purportedly served.
“The default judgment granted was based upon violations of his Fifth Amendment rights of due process for failing to be served,” he continued. “My client is in the process of filing a motion to open and reverse the default judgment because the narratives of the case have never been litigated.”

Seven Charged For Brawl At Game

Charges have been filed against seven individuals — including minors — involved in an ugly brawl that forced a Pennsylvania high school basketball playoff game to end early, police confirmed to TMZ Sports.
The charges were announced on Wednesday … just days after fans and players got into a violent fight with 3:12 left in the Uniontown vs. Meadville matchup in the 2025 PIAA 5A Basketball tournament.

“Meadville City Police Officers in attendance called for assistance and upon the arrival of additional units, the situation was quickly brought under control with no serious injuries reported,” an MCPD spokesperson said.
Officials said out of the seven, three were 16 years old — two from Meadville and one from Uniontown. They were all charged with one count of disorderly conduct.
The other four included 44-year-old Reginald Grooms from Uniontown, who was charged with one count of simple assault, one count of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct.
Another Uniontown man, 18-year-old Notorious Grooms, was charged with one count of disorderly conduct.
Two Meadville men, 25-year-old Malik Wilson and 37-year-old Joseph Chabot, were also hit with one count of disorderly conduct.
The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association disqualified Meadville’s basketball team from the second round of the playoffs, despite the 63-55 win.

Wendy Williams gets emotional thinking about a recent threat from the judge in her guardianship … crying at the thought of being moved to a more restrictive assisted-living facility than the one she describes as a luxury prison.
The former talk show host joined us on “TMZ Live” Wednesday and we asked her about the judge being pissed at her for grousing to the media about her guardianship and threatening to place even more restrictions on her.
Wendy talked to us for nearly 20 minutes from her room at Mount Sinai West Hospital in NYC, where she’s about to be released and sent back to a residential center called Coterie … a place she hates with a passion.
In our conversation, Wendy expressed concerns about the judge’s threat … as she put it, things are already bad on the 5th-floor memory unit where she lives … and the idea of something more restrictive is pretty scary.

Wendy’s guardian claims things at Coterie are great … that Wendy can come and go as she pleases and her family can visit her at the drop of the hat — but Wendy says that’s bogus and calls her guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, a liar … telling us what her life is really like inside the facility. Legendary singer Gladys Knight is back home after a scary illness landed her in the hospital … and, she’s leaning on her husband during this difficult time — wrapping her arms around her man.
TMZ has obtained a picture of the happy reunion between Gladys and her husband of almost 25 years, William McDowell … arms wrapped around him while she snuggles her face into his chest.
Knight and McDowell met back in 2001 … and, after just a few months together, they decided to take the leap and tie the knot. McDowell is Knight’s fourth husband.
It’s an emotional moment between the two after a frightening week … Gladys canceled her show in Jacksonville, Florida Saturday because of a nasty case of the flu.
Florida Theatre President Numa Saisselin said Knight needed assistance from Jacksonville Fire and Rescue before the show … but, she left the venue “smiling and in good spirits.”
GK’s rep told us she was treated for the illness in Florida, then released overnight and headed back to her home in North Carolina to rest.
Clearly, she made it back home safe and sound … and, she looks very grateful to be back with her life partner.
