Democrats on the House Oversight Committee are questioning Attorney General Pam Bondi after they say a photo of Donald Trump with Jeffrey Epstein has been removed from the DOJ’s recently released Epstein Files.

Here’s the deal … the Department of Justice released more photos to the “Epstein Library” — though internet sleuths were quick to point out a numbering irregularity in the file.

The file jumps from “EFTA00000467” to “EFTA00000469″ … and, House Oversight Dems took to X to claim “EFTA00000468” was removed — sharing the alleged photo which, they point out, seemingly has a picture of President Trump in it.

While we can’t see the full photo, it appears to be a printed out version of the one above where Donald posed with his wife, Melania, Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell — based on Trump’s expression as well as the angle of Maxwell’s body and her haircut.

The committee asked AG Bondi on X if the removal was true, further pushing … “What else is being covered up? We need transparency for the American public.”

We’ve reached out to Bondi about the alleged deletion … so far, no word back.

Dave Chappelle says Charlie Kirk‘s murder is eerily reminiscent of Martin Luther King Jr.‘s … but that’s where the similarities between them end — full stop.

The comedian released an unexpected Netflix standup special Friday titled “The Unstoppable” … and, unsurprisingly, Chappelle waded into some of the world’s most controversial topics — such as the life and legacy of Kirk.

DC addressed the killing of Kirk … noting Charlie got “murdered in a terrible fashion” just like Dr. King, and adding they both were shot in the neck. However, Chappelle says the two can’t be compared … because Kirk was an internet personality who “fundamentally can’t function like” the late civil rights leader.

Ever since the assassination of Kirk on a Utah college campus in September, many conservative voices have lifted him up as a defender of free speech and an activist dedicated to saving America’s youth from the rise of alleged communism on college campuses.

Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna likened Charlie to Dr. King, as well as Presidents John F. Kennedy and George Washington during her eulogy of Kirk at his Arizona memorial service.

Investigators are still looking into the plane crash that claimed NASCAR legend Greg Biffle‘s life … and, new video shows them looking for clues in the wreckage.

The National Transportation Safety Board released video of agents combing through the debris … taking photos of the plane and looking in the woods surrounding the crash area.

The plane’s a wreck … broken into pieces both large and small and burned to a crisp in places. It’s unclear what investigators might be able to glean from the crash site.

However, the NTSB did confirm someone on the plane sent a text to a family member with the words “emergency landing” in it.

We published video of Biffle’s jet crashing near a runway at Statesville Regional Airport in North Carolina … looking like a large ball of fire as it crashed to the earth. The aircraft was supposed to fly to Florida, but turned back shortly after takeoff before the tragic crash.

Biffle, his wife Cristina, his two children — Emma, 14, and Ryder, 5 — Craig Wadsworth, Dennis Dutton and Jack Dutton all perished in the crash.
