Jim Dukhovny makes his company’s flying car sound really simple, laying out exactly how it goes full “Back to the Future” mode during an interview on “TMZ Live” … but, interested parties are going to have to throw down serious cash to get one.

The founder of Alef Aeronautics — a tech company making a flying car — stopped by the show to talk about the startup’s new invention … and, he says the car has a pretty simple design despite doing something groundbreaking.

Dukhovny says all ya gotta do is take the engine out of the hood and put four smaller ones by the wheels … and, then put in a bunch of fancy tech like a motor, propellers, speed controller, and a whole lot more.

Jennifer Lopez has gone country … well, L.A. country, because TMZ has learned she just closed on an amazing compound which has all the necessities to ride into the sunset!!!

Informed sources tell TMZ … J Lo bought a 2 1/2-acre compound in the Hidden Hills area of L.A. The main house is 10,046 square feet, and it comes with a barn, stables and a riding arena, and the obligatory guest house and pool. BTW … Hidden Hills is famous for horses, so cowgirl boots may be in order.

It also has city-slicker amenities, such as a theater, chef’s kitchen and a gym.

The house has lots of celebrity history. Remember when Sly Stallone sold his Beverly Hills home to Adele and moved to Palm Beach? Well, Sly decided to come back to L.A. for a hot minute and bought the property J Lo now owns. He changed his mind and sold it to John Fogerty, who just sold it to Jen.

The woman who has a love child with Dave Grohl has finally been revealed … and she’s a 38-year-old rock enthusiast from Florida.

Jennifer Young is the mother of Dave’s infant daughter, who was born Aug. 1, 2024 — and has Dave’s last name … according to records obtained by The New York Post.

Dave’s baby mama confirmed her identity and Dave’s relation to the child … telling the outlet she could not comment on questions about Dave’s role in the kid’s life.

Photos show Young running errands in L.A. and NYC with the child strapped in a baby carrier … and the kid’s wearing a helmet with Metallica, Led Zeppelin and Elvis Presley stickers.

Dave announced in September he had recently become a father to a baby daughter outside his marriage to Jordyn Blum … but the mother’s name and identity had remained a secret.

The kid’s name is still under wraps, except for her having Dave’s last name … and Jennifer told the Post she wants to protect the child’s identity “because there’s some really angry fans.”

Dave and Jordyn were spotted in public earlier this month for the first time since he revealed he had a baby with another woman. He’s said he plans to be a present and loving father to the baby, but declares he’s also trying to rebuild trust with Jordyn and their kids.

Grohl and Blum tied the knot in 2003 and they share three kids … Violet, Harper and Ophelia.
