Kiefer Sutherland was arrested this week following an alleged altercation with a ride-share driver … TMZ has confirmed.

The LAPD tells us Kiefer was busted early Monday morning near Hollywood after officers responded to a radio call about an alleged assault involving a ride-share driver.

Cops say Kiefer is accused of assaulting the driver after entering the car … and the “24” star was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal threats.

Online records show Kiefer was released from custody Monday on $50,000 bond … and he has a court date set for Feb. 2 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

We reached out to Kiefer’s reps … so far, no word back.

Kiefer famously played Jack Bauer in the popular TV show “24” … winning an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his work. He also starred in “Designated Survivor” and appeared in movies like “Phone Booth,” “Mirrors,” and “Melancholia.

He was sentenced to 48 days in jail in 2007 following a DUI arrest.

‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ House to Hit the Market for Millions

The iconic home made famous by Will Smith in “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” is about to hit the market for millions … TMZ has learned.

Josh and Matt Altman and Sasha Rahban of The Altman Brothers tell TMZ … the legendary property is set to hit the market at the end of the month for just under $30 million.

The famed Georgian Colonial estate features 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, spans approximately 10,000 square feet, and sits on a massive 38,510-square-foot corner lot. The home was built in 1937.

It marks the first time in 48 years the instantly recognizable exterior façade has been up for sale … and despite the show’s title, the house is not in Bel-Air. The famed property is actually located in Brentwood, one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighborhoods.

The surrounding area is loaded with star power. Judd Apatow recently sold the home next door, and the property sits just two blocks from O.J. Simpson‘s infamous Rockingham estate. It’s also located in the same neighborhood as former L.A. Mayor Richard Riordan‘s abode.

We’re told the ‘Fresh Prince’ house is currently serving as a filming location for a Netflix series, keeping the famous exterior in front of cameras even as it prepares to change hands.

Taylor Swift and her fiancé Travis Kelce have kicked off the year right … the couple was spotted on a rare date night in L.A … no doubt showing up how they mean to continue: utterly in love!

Check out the pics … Taylor had her legs on full display, rocking a chic blazer as she stepped out with her equally polished other half at Beverly Hills hotspot Funke on Monday night.

The two were glued at the hip all evening, and it looks like they’ve suddenly got a lot more time together … with Travis officially out of playoff mode for the first time since they started dating!

That extra downtime could come in handy … ’cause after Travis’ August proposal last year, the lovebirds are widely expected to make it official and say “I do” sometime this year.

With football officially sidelined, these two are finally running a few plays of their own — and by the looks of it, this date night definitely scored big!
