Justin Baldoni is clapping back at Blake Lively‘s attempt to get his lawsuit against her tossed out of court, while once again accusing her of trying to destroy his career, according to new court documents.
Baldoni just filed his response to Blake’s motion to dismiss his lawsuit in federal court — giving several reasons why the judge should not let the actress off the hook.
In the docs, Baldoni accuses Blake of orchestrating, participating in and directing a smear campaign “designed to ruin the reputations and careers of the Wayfarer parties.”
Baldoni is the co-founder of Wayfarer Studios, which produced “It’s Ends With Us,” starring Blake and Justin, who also directed the film. As you know, the movie shoot ended in a nasty feud that came to a head when Blake first filed suit against Justin, accusing him of sexual harassment and engineering a smear campaign against her.
Justin filed his own suit against Blake her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and the New York Times, claiming Blake directed her own smear campaign against him with the help of an NYT article.
In his latest filing, Baldoni says “there is sufficient evidence that [Lively] took a responsible part in publishing each of the allegedly defamatory statements by approving or authorizing them prior to publication.”
Baldoni also points out “Lively told the NYT a false and damning story about an insidious PR sabotage operation deployed as revenge for sexual harassment complaints, with the knowledge and intent that the newspaper would publish that false story[.]”
Baldoni went on to list other reasons why the judge should deny Blake’s motion, including that she acted out of malice.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, telling TMZ, “Ms. Lively and her circle of Hollywood elites cannot prevent my clients from exercising their constitutional right to petition the court to clear their names from her false and harmful claims.”
Freedman continued, “What Ms. Lively is attempting to do is to set a dangerous precedent by barring the courthouse doors to my clients and punishing them for having their day in court, a right protected by the First Amendment. This right protects not only Mr. Baldoni and the Wayfarer parties in this particular case, but all Americans in the future who have false accusations levied against them and seek relief from our justice system.”
Freedman wrapped it up by saying … “This must stop here, and we will continue to fight against this blatant attempt to block access to the court system and to weaken our nation’s Constitution to serve those who are in the position of power.”

Lyle says the word hope is new for them, and Erik says he’s striving to be a better person every day and finally beginning to like himself — but the key for them will be whether the California parole board finds they no longer pose a danger to society.
The brothers are going in front of the board in June … but when we spoke to them, it was clear they were already getting their hopes up, as they told us how they envision their lives if they ever regain their freedom.
CA Governor Gavin Newsom says the parole board will finalize its risk assessment and send it to his desk after the June 13 hearing, and he’ll consider the findings when deciding whether to grant clemency to Erik and Lyle.
The Menendez brothers have another path to freedom too … Newsom says the risk assessment will also be sent to the judge for possible resentencing, and a lighter sentence could spring them from prison based on time served.

Conor McGregor just copped an insanely expensive Rolls Royce Phantom … with an eye-popping price tag of over $1.3 MILLION!!!
The UFC superstar hit up Instagram to show off the new ride this week, and it’s sweeeeeeeet!
As for the specs of the whip, we’re told the black Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII Diamond Edition features a V12 engine with a whopping 571 horsepower and a max speed of 155 mph.
In fact, the Phantom goes 0-60 in just over 5 seconds … super fast for such a big and heavy vehicle.
The interior of the RR is decked out in all-black … with a bunch of race-inspired features like sport pedals and a steering wheel. The RR also has a special lighting kit, in addition to a gang of other features.
The exterior of the Phantom — customized by Mansory — features big 24″ black-painted wheels, a carbon fiber rear bumper, a roof and rear spoiler, and an illuminated ambient grill. It’s also got a sports exhaust system, and the suspension has been lowered.

All those features don’t come cheap … we’re told the car is worth over $1.3 million!
But, Conor loves nice things (see his Lambo yacht), and he’s got the money.
The UFC superstar has earned hundreds of millions of dollars in his career … cashing big paychecks from his fights, as well as his lucrative business ventures away from the Octagon.
The purchase comes amid McGregor’s foray into politics … with The Notorious recently announcing his intent to run for president of Ireland.
